Had an incredible experience here. The service was top-tier from start to finish. Our server, McKenzie, absolutely crushed it. Inside, the restaurant has a cool and cozy vibe, with unique designs on the walls that add to the atmosphere. Plus, the food came out incredibly fast, which was a huge plus.

This is hands down the best bar in Matthews/Charlotte. They really care about their customers. It always feels like home.
Two examples:
I am very particular about sauces for my chickie tendies. More than once I am “jestfully” given more sauce flavors than I ask for. It makes me laugh and feel included that they know me so well they tease me.
Sometimes I may not have the best taste in music and play songs that encourage other patrons to leave. The staff counter this by letting me choose a radio station that I enjoy that other people also enjoy. That way I can listen to music I love without upsetting other customers!
I’ve liked this place for a long time. The professionalism and respect is through the roof. Could not ask for a better bar. They go out of their way to make customers happy.

Nothing compares to superb service! If you are sitting at a table- I’d highly recommend Ryan as your server. If you are sitting at the bar, I’d recommend Mary as your bartender. I have come here for years in hopes I get to see either of them on those days! Beyond grateful for their attentiveness, as well as personality!

Went here for lunch today and had an amazing experience from the moment we walked up to the restaurant. My sister and I were both carrying babies and Zay came out to open the door for us. She moved our tables together and wouldn’t let me help because I had a baby. She was extremely nice the whole time, answered any questions we had, and stayed on top of our drinks and was constantly checking in on us. The food was great and came out extremely quickly. The whole experience was great but Zay made it even better. I will definitely be back. (Forgot to take pictures of the appetizers before we dug in)

We went there for lunch today, hadn’t been there in over 10 years, and it was soooo delicious And the service was on point, Eder B. was extremely friendly and did a great job. Will not be waiting another 10 years to return! There’s much more on the menu I want to try:) Keep up the good work!!!

This spot has total Cheers vibes — lively, welcoming, and the perfect place to watch the game with people who feel like instant friends. We were in on Saturday night and MacKenzie took amazing care of us. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and her energy made our visit even better. Also… do NOT miss the pulled chicken BBQ nachos. My absolute favorite!
