The Boardroom is one of my favorite lunch spots in Edwards, but their breakfast needs an equal spotlight. This morning I got a breakfast burrito to eat at work that provided one of the best eating experiences of my life. Transcendental is a good way to start describing the pork green chili filling and how fluffy the eggs and perfectly the cheese brought it together. I texted my husband to tell him about the emotional affair I had with this burrito. Five stars is not enough.

Not gonna lie- when I saw the tacos come out, I thought that I was getting a rotisserie chicken taco and I was going to be disappointed! Thank the heavens I was so wrong!! There was just the right amount of seasoning La on that shredded chicken. Pepper- which I’m a fan of, was a top tier taste- Chipotle mayo and cabbage to give me that added heat and crunch. I am not leaving here angry that’s the truth of it…Great menu with selections for all types of eaters.

This $6 half greek salad included 3 sliced cherry tomatoes, 1 cucumber slice sliced into 3, 3 olives, a spec of feta and 2 peppers. It was basically all lettuce as you can see. This is such a joke and disappointing. The restaurant was closing for some renovations the next day and it was 30 minutes before closing. Honestly, if you’re scrapping for food and selling it to customers the day before you closed- you should have closed this day and stopped selling food instead of knowingly stealing money from customers at this point. Total waste of money and this is reflective of bad customer service. You see the photo, judge for yourself.

First time here. We got it to go. The service was quick and friendly. I got the Cresta which was a turkey/ham on sourdough. All the ingredients were fresh. It was a great experience and the food was second to none. I will be returning to try other menu items.
