Feels like a family atmosphere here with some regulars. loved banter of staff and customers and happy hr 3-6pm. good set up( supports bro-am and switchfoot non profit. Grilled cheese was great and the Honey blonde beer was smooth.

So I’ve been going to board and brew for as many years as I can remember. Like many patrons, the sandwiches are great, but I go to get the magnificent sauce on the sandwiches. But! Tonight, I was sorely disappointed in that the sauce we got in our carryout was like liquid. Normally, I can pour a few dabs on each bite and really enjoy but this time, it soaked right through the bread and out the bottom of my sandwich. All of our sauces in our carryout order were the same. I sure hope this is not a way to cut cost and it’s a one time mistake, because I can get a sandwich anywhere it’s the sauce we come for and the liquid consistency tonight sure didn’t cut it. Please do better.

Cant go wrong with a fresh sandwich anytime. It’s great to have one here in the city. The place just opened and it looks great the staff were awesome. Food fresh as always. The cooks in the back are fast much respect to them.

It was my first time at this location, my (as always) delicious Turkado sandwich was the same as it was at my usual Del Mar location. Unlike Del Mar, there was not a long wait, although it was busy and a little noisy inside.

Decent local sandwich shop with reasonable prices and a comfortable newer location. I ordered the Turkado which is a turkey sandwich with avacado at $12 with a $.50 charge for jalapeno. Overall the sandwich was pretty good, ingredients tasted fresh and it had a good balance. The sourdough bread is nothing special, tastes like your basic store bought soft loaf, but I’m a bread snob. They serve a side of a brew sauce which tastes like a vinegar Sweet chipotle, it was ok, but a bit too sweet for my sandwich. This business was rated 4.9 when I wrote this review.
