A huge thank you to the entire team — especially Jose for his exceptional service and impressive product knowledge. Johnathan made the tableside Caesar salad preparation interactive and fun, which my family absolutely loved. And Jeff clearly leads a remarkable team — the level of hospitality and precision throughout the evening reflects outstanding leadership.
We’ll absolutely be back. Highly recommend.
The food was outstanding. The steaks were cooked to perfection—beautifully seared, tender, and full of flavor—and the sauces and sides complemented everything perfectly. Every appetizer we tried was creative and delicious, especially the beautifully presented starters that set the tone for the meal. You can truly tell that care and precision go into every dish.
The ambiance was elegant yet comfortable, making it perfect for a special night out or a memorable dinner with friends. Overall, an exceptional dining experience with amazing food and wonderful staff. Highly recommend—this is a place we’ll absolutely be returning to! ✨
I started with the smoke show, which was delicious. For dinner, we had the crab cake, wagyu cigars, scallops, ribeye steak, tallow fries, and creamed spinach. With the exceptions of the steak and fries, everything was remarkable. Being a steakhouse, expectations for the steak were high. It was good, as were the fries, but there’s room for improvement. Nevertheless, it was still a 5-star meal.
In celebration of our anniversary, they served their signature sticky toffee pudding. Even though we were full, we managed to find room and O-M-G was it heavenly!!! I’m still dreaming about it!
I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning with friends, family, and for business.
The wagyu was like butter, perfectly cooked, and the tuna tartare was unreal — easily one of the highlights of the meal.
Everything came together flawlessly. This is easily a top 3 place in my book. Highly recommend, and if you can, ask for Chris.
Service: Mike, our server, took note of our anniversary celebration and made sure we had an excellent dining experience. Started with 2 cocktails to try, fried goat cheese app, and a lava cake with caramel sauce.
Staff: All the staff were very accomodating. Excellent team work ethics.
Food: Everything was perfect and well-balanced. Plating and presentation were beautiful. The food came out at the right time.
Ambiance: beautifully decorated, perfectly spaced out and lighting was in a romantic setting.
We will definitely be back.
The space felt private and elevated, with BOA’s signature upscale steakhouse ambiance—dim lighting, modern decor, and a lively energy.
Service and food pacing is where things really fell short. We were told we’d have two servers; Ari, who I interacted with most, was wonderful when she was present—friendly, personable, and genuinely attentive and funny. However, there were long gaps where it felt like we had no server at all, so I can’t even imagine how it would have been had we had an entire party there. Essentially it felt like we were put in a private room, but received similar service that the rest of the restaurant would have gotten even though we supposedly had more hands on deck.
Our first cocktails took about 20-30 minutes for the first to arrive. I was one of the first people to order my cocktail when we got there, but received my cocktail way after other people who ordered after I did, yet we ordered similar cocktails.
We later learned that the bar was backed up, so when we went to order a second drink made the executive decision to order two drinks at a time to avoid extended waits, which isn’t something I would prefer to do.
Starters didn’t arrive until about 1.5–2 hours into service, which was weird and especially tough after a long conference day. The entire dinner lasted close to four hours, far longer than wanted or expected for a pre-fixe experience.
That said, the food itself was outstanding and easily 5/5. The hamachi crudo was incredibly fresh with beautiful truffle notes, the Thai chili wings were juicy and flavorful, and the garlic potatoes had great depth. The ribeye melted in your mouth, the filet was extremely tender, and while the Chilean sea bass had a mild fishiness in spots, it was overall well cooked. Desserts—included warm cookies, cheesecake, carrot cake, and ice cream—all excellent!
Not gonna lie, but we were ultimately disappointed in the overall experience, because BOA is known for exceptional hospitality, however the pacing of food and drinks really killed the entire vibe and didn’t live up to that reputation, despite the excellent food.
