FIRE!!! These spicy beef broth noodles are fire Best broth in Slidell, hands down. I ordered the spicy beef broth pho with brisket and rare steak, and it absolutely delivered—rich, flavorful, and perfectly spiced.
The place itself is such a vibe. The workers are polite, and the food comes out fast. My only small wish is that they offered more veggies for the noodle bowls and egg noodles. Other than that, 10/10—definitely coming back!

Nadia and Aspen were amazing! Very sweet and attentive. This was my first time coming here and let me say it is absolutely the best Vietnamese food I’ve ever had.
I got the pork vermicelli, shrimp spring rolls, and Thai tea. Everything was incredibly fresh and high quality. Peanut sauce and fish sauce were amazing. The place is so cute and very clean. Will absolutely be back!!! 20/10.

Delicious food. We love the Pad Thai and chicken fried rice. The pho is also delicious. The golden girl smoothie is unbelievably good. The employees are very friendly and we always have great service. Our food is always out in 10 minutes or less!

Great first experience at the Bo-tea Café. The food and service were both amazing. I believe our server’s name was Peter. He was a young man who was knowledgeable about menu items. The owner made sure to stop by and thank us for coming in and even gave our kiddos bags of chips. Thanks for the great food and hospitality! We will be back!

Best rice I have had in a long time. I always get their combination rice, they’re PHI is good as well. Love it love it love it! You should visit you would not be disappointed. Oh and they don’t take long.

Bo Tea is our absolute favorite local spot to go to. Everything on the menu is absolutely delicious but we love the Banh Mi’s! The staff is always friendly. Dining in or ordering togo it’s good every time. Highly recommend!

Top notch place. The servers are super friendly. The place is spotlessly clean. The pho and the vermicelli noodles were very good and reasonably priced. I’m not a fan of Boba tea but my daughter really loved the one she got. Highly recommended!

I’ve been to a lot of Pho places, but this one was different because of the atmosphere and the great people there.I had the best of both rolls which is an egg roll in the spring roll and it was amazing. I had not seen that before. The bowl was small but had plenty in it and I drank every bit of the broth. This is a must go place!

They were very accommodating making items vegan (no butter, egg, etc). Smoothies are delicious, food is delicious, and everything comes out so FAST. Amazing customer service, love this place 🙂
