I’m back to try Bo sushi again. Excellent food and service!
I tried three items, including the shrimp tempura roll and the Thai chili crab, and every bite was amazing.
The shrimp tempura roll was perfectly crispy and full of flavor, and the Thai chili crab had a great balance of sweetness and spice. The sashimi was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented.
I also heard that the owner previously worked at a very well-known sushi restaurant, and it really shows in the quality and taste of the food. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious.
I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
I was immediately greeted by Nial, who was incredibly sweet and attentive. Chef Bo is clearly very reputable and extremely talented at his craft. I was blown away by the presentation and the amazing flavor of every single piece I ate.
Chef Bo carefully and creatively adds a unique sauce to each of his signature rolls that is completely unlike anything I’ve tasted before in traditional sushi. Every detail feels intentional and artistic.
All of the ingredients are imported from Japan, and the seafood was incredibly fresh with a soft, delicate texture. And the rice… the rice! It’s been years since I’ve had sushi rice of this quality—honestly, not since the last time I was in Tokyo at a Michelin-star restaurant.
I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you for the hospitality, the delicious food, and the great conversation, Bo and Nial!
Place used to be great. Trying g to place my order they hung up on me 3 times, but finally managed to place my order.
I didn’t know it was under new ownership until we got the food home. Salmon on my sushi was mushy and slimy like it was extremely old. Then I tried my hibachi and the beef that I ask for medium rare was well done and didn’t even look like natural beef, more like lab grown disgusting news that after 2 bites I threw out as I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. Also the portion size was about half of the previous owners. Even the fried rice was nasty, how do u screw up rice at a Japanese restaurant????
I wound up throwing away 98% of my meal that was $65 plus tip. I will never go back here and hope this save someone else from getting scammed with disgusting food.
