Awesome food! Bun Bo Hue was really, a more palatable version (less pungent) so probably more accessible for most folks and kids. The beef topping was well cooked, the noodle was cooked to perfection (not overcooked like most places). The only con was less toppings than traditional version , no pork hock, etc.

Hu Tieu Kho also was very good. Noodle & broth was also great.

We also got a few banh mi to go because the price was right ($7). Most notable was the Bo lá lốt banh mi. Very good. The special banh mi is also really good, great pate.

There’s also a big vegan menu, with tons of options. Mentioning this for those who are interested

Parking validation available.

Just wish the area is less sketchy but will definitely come back!

Checked out this spot which was pretty new and really impressed! My group all got the Bò Né and were really pleased with both the flavor and portion. They let us try a portion of the beef soup as well which had a very nice broth profile. If you are a fan of coffee, Vietnamese coffee is always good, but here they froth it up for you nicely as well!

It’s an ideal spot whether you’re introverted or extroverted. Must stop for foodies.

Hidden little family owned spot in town that’s serious about their food. The beef is outstanding, especially the Bun Bo Hue. Rich, flavorful and absolutely worth it. The depth of flavor is incredible and honestly unforgettable.

The lemongrass sauce pairs perfectly and is honestly addictive. Street food vibes but top tier quality.

The ambience was surprisingly lovely. It’s calm and comfortable, with just enough background energy from other diners that you feel warmth and life without losing your sense of privacy.

Delicious flavors and amazing service! I loved my experience here. Im a huge pho fan but I got the bun ba hue which I’ve never had before but have been wanting to try…it was absolutely delicious! I love that they have so many different types of dishes but not an overwhelming menu. I feel as though when I go to a Vietnamese restaurant there’s typically the vermicelli noodle dishes and pho along with appetizers but here there were items I’ve never seen before. I’m so excited to come back and try more dishes! The service was phenomenal as well with a very nice and quick staff. Oh, and the prices are unbeatable!

This is a hidden gem. The service is amazing. The whole family is helping each other and they greeted us so warmly. They even gave some warm tea to my mom because it was cold that day. The Bo Ne is amazing and flavorful, the baguette is super light and crispy. The pate there is so soft and flavorful as well. We also got the Crispy Pho (pho ap chao) and the crispy rice cake (bot chien) and they’re really good. They reminds me so much of the street food that I have in Vietnam. We also go some banh mi to go and really recommend their special banh mi and banh mi with the beef in betel leaf (bo la lot) if you’re not allergic to peanut. Definitely I will come back again. The price is pretty good compared to other food place in Seattle. Parking can be tight but it’s free for the first 2 hours.

Parking here is a bit limited, but it’s free for 2 hours once you scan the QR code and enter your license plate number — a small detail worth knowing before you go.
When we walked inside, I was surprised by how spacious it was. There’s plenty of seating, and the atmosphere feels lively yet comfortable. We came on a weekend for brunch, and it was heartwarming to see so many big families enjoying their meals together.
What stood out most to me was that it’s a true family-run restaurant — you can see the whole family working together, greeting customers, serving food, cooking in the back. There’s something really uplifting about watching everyone pitch in and support one another.
As for the food, prices are fair, especially with how everything’s been going up lately. The sizzling beef came out hot and tender, though it was a little on the bland side for my taste. But the “Hủ tiếu hải sản” (seafood noodle soup) absolutely won me over — the broth was flavorful and comforting. I also love that they offer vegan options, which makes it a great spot for mixed groups.
Overall, Bò Né House and More feels like a place made for family and friends — warm, welcoming, and full of care. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by to enjoy a good meal while supporting a hardworking family business.

Wonderful family-owned restaurant with attentive service and delicious food that arrived quickly. My picky parents had a great time and enjoyed all of the dishes.

Parking was super easy (free for 2 hrs), and there’s also a large vegan menu.

I have been searching for a great Vietnamese place in Seattle! Found it! I usually text places by their bun bo Hue, the one here is excellent! Broth is spot on. Just like my mom’s. We tried the Bo Ne, it was also delicious! Can’t wait to come back. Prices are reasonable. Service is wonderful. They are so sweet. I finally have a Vietnamese restaurant I can recommend!

Great place to eat. We tried Bo Ne, and the service was very attentive. The staff and the chef were super friendly. We went with a group of six and were given an extra order of spring rolls. The portions were big, and the extra fries were quite generous as well. The restaurant was clean, and a big plus was the restroom.

If you go to a place called Bò Né House, then you have to get their signature dish. The bò né here is one of the best I’ve had – the meat is tender, the egg is perfectly runny and the bánh mì is crispy. I really enjoyed my meal and would definitely eat here again. Staff was friendly and attentive, and this place seems to be family-run, so support your local business.
