⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100/10 Experience at BLVD Southfield!
Our party of 15 visited the BLVD Southfield location on 11/15/2025, and from start to finish the experience was absolutely exceptional! The service was prompt, the drinks were outstanding, and the food was an absolute hit. The catfish completely stole the show — my parents are still talking about it! And the daiquiri flights were exactly what we needed to close out the evening after celebrating my little sister’s book launch.
To top it off, the team surprised her with a specialty drink in honor of her big moment. That thoughtful touch meant so much.
As a former industry employee myself, I know great service when I see it — and you have a true gem in your server, Lu! She was like a breath of fresh air. She didn’t miss a beat, handled every single request with ease, and kept us laughing the entire time. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm… please keep her!

I ordered a variety of food. Everything was delicious. Especially the margarita flight. The waitress named LOVE, she was awesome. She made the experience even better. I will return soon. Highly recommend this place if you want a good meal and good music with peaceful vibes.

On Friday night, I enjoyed the catfish bites, 4 pc fried shrimp, chicken quesadillas, fried mushrooms, and perfect pear for dinner at the BLVD. I took advantage of the happy hour menu so that I could taste more than one food option. Everything was delicious and Trey provided us with excellent customer service. I plan to return for brunch soon!

Restaurant could be better the the atmosphere was nice for a sports bar/ restaurant It had TVs and music playing music wasn’t too loud. You could hold a conversation. However, our table wasn’t clean. The floor had food underneath the table. The host was nice and she cleaned it promptly but the cleanliness of the restaurant could’ve been better. They only had one wait staff serving all the tables the price for the quality of food was unreasonable. I ordered fish and grits itcame with one piece of fish. That was the size of my hand. As in the picture they give you a whole bowl of grits. They were creamy, but they kind of taste like they have been in the refrigerator. My daughter ordered chicken sandwich and fries. The fries was nice and crispy. I didn’t eat any of the sandwich. Her sandwich came with bacon. The bacon was greasy and like jerky. The amount of food for the price is unreasonable most places you get two pieces of fish at minimum to three pieces they give you one piece of fish and a bowl of grits for $18. They include gratuity in the bill which I understand but what if I thought that was a four dollar service versus the eight dollar service than that’s what I shouldve been able to pay.The drink they call a Mocktail is nothing more then frozen Kool-Aid and it was disgustingly sweet to me.

I arrived in Van Buren Twp on the eve of a mere 4 inch lake effect snow storm and was very disappointed with how Michigan treats or dare I say doesn’t treat the roads, but I digress… While in town, I popped up on an old friend and asked her out to lunch. She suggested BLVD and I was not disappointed. The ambience is for those who aren’t afraid of a little “flava”. The music fits the character of the place and creates the perfect vibe for a late afternoon date that blends into happy hour. Judging from the women that walked through the door while I was dining, I would say that BLVD is a great place to mix and mingle. I ordered pancakes and salmon croquette and it was palatable. After I few drinks, I had to have some catfish because it seemed to be a popular item amongst the patrons and it too was delicious. I plan on returning when I make it back to the city.

The appetizers were so good. We didn’t even get to a main meal. They had a nice selection of drinks and wine. The atmosphere is so cute. They even had a private room. We left just as the D J was setting up. The music was wonderful we had a great time. Next time, I will order a meal.

Vibes were definitely present. I came by myself for a quick bite before going home and found myself staying longer than planned. The young man got an impromptu karaoke session going on Tuesday evening and ppl participated as they pleased. I was wholly entertained! Had I not been as tired I would’ve stayed longer. The experience definitely left me with a reason to come back. His Toni Braxton impersonation went CRAZY

Ultimately, I wanted to leave a three star review but… The food was absolutely delicious. My best friend ordered the corn beef sliders and my mom got the citrus Parmesan fries as well as the shrimp and Parmesan fry platter faster share. The shrimp taste delicious and the fries came out nice and hot. The food did come out pretty slow and so did our drinks. Chelsey was very sweet, but I would recommend that she comes and check on her tables a little more often. Overall, great experience because I was back in town from out of state to visit a best friend since the 4th grade. Also, my drink made by the bartender Erin… It was the lemon drop martini and it was MARVELOUS. I like to make drinks at home, and it was absolutely delicious. Me and my mom always talk about how they never make it sour enough at the restaurant, but she made that punk sound as soon as she took a sip so thank you so much Erin. Also, thank you to the bouncer deuce who was close by, and answer my question with ease and was super chill about it. Thank you for the experience because this was my first time here, and I did enjoy myself.

First time attending Wednesday nights Live Band. I typically stop in early for the Nitty Gritty (my normal grits w/salmon croquettes—scrumptious). I was truly glad I switched it up this time. I had a TERRIFIC time and the service surely doesn’t disappoint!!! The bar/hostess/wait staff are always EXTREMELY accommodating and quite nice to add. Chef A also allowed a few of us to try her homemade chili, which was going to be a new item on the menu.
I will definitely be back on Thursdays to enjoy karaoke and I can’t leave out the Happy Hour menu. The veggie quesadillas and catfish bites were a hit for me. Thanks for all you do and I GENUINELY appreciate the CONSISTENCY!!!!!!
