This place is no frills. That being said, the food speaks for itself. The ordering experience was straight forward on a tablet, prepared quickly, and the staff did a great job. The food was absolutely delicious. The smoked chicken salad was flavorful with that hint of smoked meat, best chicken salad I’ve had in a very long time. The street corn, words cannot speak into existence how delicious this was. The pork belly burnt ends were burnt to perfection. The pork ribs had a peppery seasoning that gave them obnoxiously deep flavor, and there were more ribs than I was expecting! All in all, of all the places I could have stopped for BBQ to go, I lucked out.

Decided to try it on a whim, I was pleasantly surprised. The pulled pork sandwich was probably one of the best pulled pork sandwiches I have ever had. There was so much meat included it barely fit the bun. And the banana pudding was light and fluffy. This is now my favorite BBQ place in Texas, hands down. Will definitely be returning.

The brisket was moist and ok seasoning but the bbq sauce made up for it. Ribs were also good. The pork belly burnt ends were bit hard and dry.

I tried the 3 meat and 2 sides box and it was delicious . The brisket is super tender and juicy….literally melts in your mouth. The sausage is super flavorful. The vibe is nice. They have outdoor seating. The self order kiosk was not taking my card so had to order at the counter. The price was a few dollars higher but the food was worth it . Amazing better a little room for improvement. Would definitely recommend .

OK, I got the brisket and a turkey. I found both lacking flavor and bean sauce to eat the beans baked beans or baked beans. Coleslaw is the best thing it had flavor little spiciness. It was really good.

Searched for 20+ mins before coming across this hidden gem. One of the few places I found that had a 4 meat plate with 2 sides. The gentleman who took my order was friendly, respectful, and professional about this bbq. Answered all my questions, and gave me samples of street corn and sweet potato casserole. Please try them both. The brisket was smokey, juicy, and came with a nice fat cap on it, which most places cut off. The pulled pork and sausage were perfect. The collard greens were made like my grandma’s, but had a little spiciness which I loved. Someone put their foot in that banana pudding, because I was upset that I didn’t get a larger order of it. But that street corn will make you slap your knee, because of how well they prepared it. Everything was 10/10. Will definitely be going back when I’m in the area again.

The staff at Blu’s is just as fantastic as the food. I wasn’t sure what to order, and Rahul at the counter walked me through the menu, gave me samples of the brisket and pulled pork, and helped me put together the perfect combo plate. That level of service makes a huge difference. The pumpkin spice cornbread is a seasonal item that I wait for all year. It’s so moist and sweet, and it pairs perfectly with the spicy jalapeño cheddar sausage. It’s a flavor combination that just screams fall in Texas. I always grab a few extra muffins to take home.

My new fave BBQ place! (Sorry old fave, you were great for 25 years!). Tried for the first time for Christmas dinner. Ordered: sliced brisket lean, sausage, pulled pork, sliced turkey, loaded BBQ beans, Cajun potato salad, Mac & cheese, banana pudding.
The meats were absolutely outstanding! I’ve never been given a choice before for lean or fatty brisket. I got lean & it was amazing, very nice char on the outer edge. I don’t even like turkey but it was fabulous. Cajun potato salad was very good, if a little salty. Beans were good & smoky. Pudding was so so good. Mac & cheese was a bit unremarkable, that’s the only item that could use improving on.
Overall, highly recommend!

I ordered from Blu’s Barbeque & BBQ Catering through Uber Eats, and it was a great BBQ experience. Even though I didn’t get the chance to dine in, the food arrived fresh, hot, and packed with flavor.
The brisket was probably the low point, I’m blaming the delivery time on it. The burnt ends were insanely good, and the seasoning was on point. The sides were impressive—the Cajun potato salad, mac&cheese, baked beans, and sweet potato casserole. But the star of the show was the smoked chicken.. wow seasoned & tenderness to the gods!
I can’t wait to visit in person one day, but until then, I’ll definitely be reordering. Highly recommend Blu’s for a taste of authentic Texas BBQ.
