The friendliest people run this place. Great food and comfortable seating inside and out. Anna(?) I believe is the owner and visited us as we enjoyed our breakfast. She checked on everyone. A must visit when in north Chi-town.

Bluffington’s is a small family oriented and a very friendly restaurant. The staffs/owners were absolutely friendly and very polite. The sandwiches were amazing, tasty and served with huge portions. The atmosphere was very welcoming, cozy and almost hole in the wall kind of setting yet located in a town square. I ordered philly steak and I almost didnt finish it with just how much they gave me. My friends had blue cheese buffalo chicken and a Reuben’s sandwich which to their comments were really good and flavorful especially the buffalo chicken. The lady owner was so friendly and helpful with all of our needs and constantly checking with us and suggested really good desserts. Owner even gave us free chocolate chip cookies!

Horrible service and staff. They got my order wrong, didn’t even correct it all the way when it came out again, and I could hear the older server (white hair) bullying the other lady about it. The older server is awful. As I was leaving, she was so reoccupied with getting to the next table she started yelling “EXCUSE ME” over and over again as I was trying to get out of her way. Just rude and disorganized all around. I’m not sure who this older women is (hopefully not the owner) but since having this experience, I’ve seen multiple negative posts about her behavior. Negative work environment doesn’t make for good customer service.
