From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile from staff and even offered other recommendations around town when I mentioned I was in town for work. I had an amazing coffee with a great conversation from the staff. I also enjoyed shopping in the store and there is even a section to sit down and enjoy your coffee while you work or catch up with friends.

I don’t know if the server was having an off day but customer service could be better. Tried rushing us when we were the only ones in the store. No greetings, niceties, or smiles. The sweets were great and the coffee was good. A bit expensive but not outrageous. Would only go again if it was a different barista working.

I walked in and was greeted by I believe it was Chelsea. Very personable and good at her job. She made good recommendations and good conversation as I came in right when they opened. I got an iced latte and a jalepeno cheddar bagel. Bagel was fresh, I do wish they would have used cream cheese that wasn’t a Philadelphia packet, but it was very good. As we were talking about coffee, Chelsea gave me a sample of one of their flavored drip coffees to try, and it was great, so I ended up purchasing a bag of beans as well. Many people wouldn’t go out of their way, especially after I had already ordered and got my order, but she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, gave me a little sample, and I ended up spending more money. More people should be like this. I would definitely come here again as they have a ton of flavors of coffee to try and maybe next time one of their quiches.
