First time here. We both ordered Fish N Chips. Large portion, plenty of fries. The fish was crunchy on the outside and moist and flakey on the inside!

Ordered a grill chicken sandwich..bread was toasted and rock hard, so was the chicken cutlet. We were having lunch with family who was visiting and I didn’t want to wreck the vibe so I just sat there, while everyone enjoyed their own meals.

The food was fine but expensive. The bartender was nice, but our waitress could not have cared less about actually providing decent service. While I was ordering, she stopped me half way through to go chug a soda from the bar and when she got back had forgotten what I was ordering. After 50 minutes of waiting for a burger, one of our orders was messed up. Typically it is not a big deal but our experience here was not very good overall. $12 for a burger + $2 for cheese, + $2 for bacon, + $4 for fries. Not a bad price if it was a very good burger but it was not anything special, meat on a bun. It’s an okay place in a pinch but not a go-to. They were also out of half the menu at that time (which is not big to begin with).

I just had my bridal shower at Bluestone. The event room is beautiful! Ralph and the entire team was fantastic! The staff is very accommodating, detail oriented, and kind; they made sure the space was set up exactly like I wanted it to be. Ralph even provided beautiful floral arrangements for the centerpiece of all the tables.
The food was also amazing, we received so many compliments from the guests. The chef was very accommodating of my gluten allergy. This is a day I will always remember.

Although the staff was nice and friendly, the summer menu at this restaurant, which is affiliated with a gastronomy school and has a fully equipped spacious kitchen, is highly disappointing. It lacks a sufficient variety of creative, locally sourced, healthy food options. Furthermore, the beverage selection needs improvement, starting with natural freshly squeezed juices instead of processed industrial ones.

We enjoy this restaurant a lot. Not only is it in a beautiful new and dramatic facility adjacent to the extensive green Campus golf course but it is staffed by award winning students in the College Hospitality Program. The food is always good and the price is right. More importantly it is wonderful to see the students developing their careers.
