BlueSea Seafood Boil and Grill has amazing boils and specials That I am looking forward to trying. Some people might call it “expensive” however it is typically fairly priced with the market we are currently in. I tried the small seafood boil which came with real crab cluster, 1/2 of shrimp, one sausage one potato and one corn cut into two for easier eating experience. I woud say the small can easily feed two people. I believe they might be the only restaurant that does a boil besides a few in Portland. They also don’t skimp on the cajun butter sauce which was a spicy savory sauce that coated the entire meal. It also came with two pieces of bread to soak up the delicious sauce. You can also download the Joyous App on your phone and get 20% off as a new customer. I’d recommend putting in a order online or over the phone so you don’t have to wait for the chef to cook everything while you wait. Typically 25-30 minutes for the boil. They had great customer service and the Zesti food trucks have plenty of places to sit and order drinks/cocktails. On some nights they do bingo or trivia which is a lot of fun. I would recommend this food cart due to great prices, fresh seafood, and the atmosphere.

Nice clean food truck. Easy to locate. Friendly staff.
I’m from a part of the states where creole and boils are common. And Ive had some disappointing experiences so honestly, my expectations were not high but hopeful. BlueSea thoroughly exceeded my expectations. The food was hot. The serving portion was hefty. They weren’t skimpy on the meat. 2 nicely sized lobster tails and I got a shrimp skewer on the side. The dishes weren’t overly salty. The spice combination they used was rich and complimented not only the lobster but the accent potatoes and sweet, crispy corn on the cob. The dish was mouth wateringly tasty and I would recommend grabbing a pair of disposable gloves to dig in.
Also, the packaging they chose is very easy to use on the go. Lid stays on without fighting to open it.
I wish I had a picture to add but I inhaled the dish.

I ate it too fast and forgot to take a picture of before and after: so enjoy the after.
I was having the worst migraine of my life and found, online, that salmon can help alleviate migranes due to the omega 3 in them. Because of my migraine, I didn’t want to cook and tried finding local places that had salmon.
Blue sea seafood was the only place I could find, and I was unsure about the price since I didn’t have a lot of money at the time. But I wanted to try anything because my head hurt so bad.
Friends, family, and acquaintance…. this is some of the best and most flavorful food I have ever gotten.
I got the black salmon with chickepeas…. my gawd, the sauce that came with it made me feel like I was at my grandma’s house eating a home cooked meal. It made me feel whole when I never realized I was empty.
On top of that, the food tastes even better COLD. The flavors are still there, and the heat it packs is spicy but purposeful.
I’m not a fan of spicy things that have no purpose. Like ghost pepper hot sauce or other spicy food that are not flavorful, just hot.
But this dish gave me tears of joy with the spiciness, and though I needed a break, I still took more bites because of how delicious the dish was.
Now, when I have some extra money, I treat myself to the black salmon. The food is obviously made with love, with how purposeful and impactful the seasoning is.
Please keep it up!

I ordered the Medium Combo Boil. I haven’t had a lot of seafood boil in my lifetime…This was the best I’ve ever had. I would recommend this business. I will go back if I’m ever in the Portland Oregon area.

Food is excellent, I would say it exceed some of the high end restaurants. Clam soup has lot of clams, great flavor. Scallop spaghetti is light in salt but very tasty Will come back again!

I dont want to leave a low star review as I only ordered their so called rose drink, but it was definitely labeled incorrectly. If i were a karen id ask for a refund, i really regret buying it. It just says “rose” and looks like a fancy smoothie, and I get a soupy melted ice cream strawberry milkshake with cheap whipped cream and even cheaper sprinkles. I spent 8 dollars and tipped a dollar as its the smallest tip option, and I like to support small buisiness. It didnt even taste like it had any rose syrup or flavoring at all, so if it did have it, they need to improve their recipe. Im wondering if the label of Rose was due to a mistranslation error or something. Now I know, dont get the “rose” drink.

This is one of the first food trucks I have ordered from. The prices for their Seafood Boils are $32-59, depending on what you add to it. I got the Shrimp and sausage one for $32. I was amazed that it stayed hot for an hour when I got to eat at home. There were 18 shrimp, two 1/2 corn, one sausage, and a potato. Spice and flavor was amazing and I saved 6 shrimp for a future snack. Only few things I would suggest is a 2nd potato, and see if they can get it ready sooner, as it took about 20 minutes. I will definitely go back!

This food truck is outstanding. The couple who run it are friendly, welcoming, and some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. The food is clearly prepared with love and care. I highly recommend trying the boil, chowder, or classic fish and fries!!!!
