Would have given 5/5 if it weren’t for an issue with my order. Food was overall great with some minor issues. I’m not a picky eater and I love some good bbq but the beans seemed to be more like soup than the baked beans I’m used to. I’m not sure if it’s a different style and I apologize if I’m wrong. Don’t get me wrong, they were delicious, just not what I’m used to.
The brisket sandwich was amazing as well, just had some really dry pieces that had no flavor towards the ends. The rest of the brisket was delicious and the sauce complemented it well!
The hush puppies are a MUST. Perfectly cooked, crispy, soft on the inside and the cinnamon butter goes so well with them. The brisket sandwich and hush puppies alone were enough to fill me up!
Now the issue with ordering. I had placed an online order for pick up at 11:40 am and I guess they missed it because it wasn’t ready when I arrived at 11:45. Didn’t get my food till noon and I was on a bit of a time crunch so it was a bit inconvenient. Also was a little awkward finding a place to park but you can’t expect much from a large gas station that supplies fuel to large trucks.
I would definitely try them again and overall recommend giving them a try!

Very good pit beef sandwiches & the combo also gives you a generous amount of fresh fries. The BBQ sauce on the sandwich is a little spicy so you might want to get it on the side if you don’t like a lot of spice. Online ordering was a breeze and the food was ready on schedule. There is one picnic table out front for seating. Conveniently close to I-70.

Ordered a pizza with peppers, mushrooms and basil! Delicious. Fresh! The honey bbq wings are “jumbo” and good quality. Patrick was in the truck and is the man! Will definitely seek this truck out in the future. We were at attaboy brewery. Ordered online and food was ready in 15 minutes tops.
Glad we went, because we almost decided to go to a “restaurant” before the brewery- you don’t have to. Just eat here!

I get to work all over the state so I like to try local bbq spots over spots I have close to home, there is a Mission right down the road from here.
Decent pit beef, not my favorite. The menu version of the sandwich has house bbq on it, I think to help cover the lack of smoke/flavor. Good serving of protein, decent bun selection was fresh and did not fall apart. Found the onions very roughly chopped, onion slices thicker than the meat.
Did like the look of the house made sauces. Friendly staff, food came out in a timely manner, seen several people pull up to pick up and order so they do a good buisness.
I thought my french fries were fried too hard.
Will check out again anytime I’m out here again. Did not leave hungry.

Purchased the beef brisket dinner and surprise to end up with a sandwich full of fat barely any meat for $19.61. I will never recommend this place friends and or even my enemies.

Bar b q is thick and the sauce is great! Hush puppies and onion rings are the best in town. The butter is even good. Highly recommended!! My fiance and I got 2 meals for $27.

A nice place, with food I’d agree is authentic, or at least someone who has eaten in the originating area would recognize. I did not expect a food truck in a parking lot, but it does seem to add to the ambience, and sense of authenticity. I gather the white building near the street is their storage area / prep kitchen. (It serves no customer facing purpose, other than street presence.)

It’s actually one of my favorite pizzas I’ve had in Frederick. I went up to the food truck to order recently. The guy asked if I could order online because they were backed up! I was headed home …so it didn’t not work to do that. But I thought it was weird that he even opened up his window to chat with me only not to take my order when I’m talking to him- how hard is it? I wanted a simple pizza that takes 2 seconds to order.
Other than that … I normally get a decent response and good food. These folks need to hire people who are consistent with customer service. You all lost my biz for now.
