Blue’s is my favorite local bbq spot! The ribs, smoked turkey & mild bbq sauce are out of this world! The service is friendly & so helpful. The environment is fun because it’s located inside a gas station! Driving by is always wonderful as you can smell the amazing aroma coming from the smoker! The Heights needs Blue’s & is better off for it!!

Absolutely wonderful bbq restaurant. Had the tri-tip sandwich with potato salad and baked beans. So glad I stopped in. Definitely go by and get some grub! Staff is friendly and service is amazing. ❤️❤️❤️ Will be back!

World famous ribs? I think not.
I’m from Texas and I would not put these in my top 20.
Now, they were not bad, just not “world famous”. They had pretty good flavor, they were tender and fairly good. I’d say in my top 50.
With my ribs I had the slaw and baked beans. Both were good sides. They have a mild and hot sauce. The mild was not good, the hot was ok. Both were very sweet and cover the flavor. I’m more for the Texas dip style sauce. Just me though.
The atmosphere is….. well, it’s in a gas station so not the best. Not that this has anything to do with food taste it’s just the atmosphere. It’s not fancy and that’s ok with me. Just letting you know.
Service was ok, it’s order and they bring it to you. It’s worth a try and make your own opinion.

I was a little skeptical since this place is in a gas station. However the staff were very friendly, my table was clean, and the BBQ was excellent. Mind you this is coming from a person that BBQs in -10 snow storms. I would go back!
