Hidden gem in the Maplewood mall! The woman at the register was delightful and made great suggestions for our tastes. We split the K Town burger and the spicy Hmong pepper burger with fries. Both were incredible! The chef uses a great blend of spices and perfectly cooked the burgers. The fries were also so good that they didn’t need ketchup. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking above average quality at a fair price!

K town burger and k town fries are definitely a 10/10. Their kimchi tastes like Mom made Korean Kimchi. Definitely needs to be more busy, they deserve it! Five stars for this cosmic culinary adventure! Will come back again.

Holy buckets this is a good burger and the best fries ive had in a long time. The lady working the front was super nice and polite. It’s a little more than i would want to spend on a burger and fries but imo it was worth it. Ill be stopping by here again just for the fries!

It’s a solid 4. The burger is good. Fries are crisp. Food was fresh.
That being said, I think it’s a Lil overhyped. It’s not mind blowingly good. I got the k-town fries and that thousand island dressing was not it. I thought they’d add like a buldak or spicy bulgogi sauce to it instead. Add in the kimchi was overfermented, if that’s even possible. The cabbage was legit mush, which was sad.
Wouldn’t go out of my way to get it again but if friends really wanted to get it, I wouldn’t fight them about it either.

Very delicious, friendly, and worth the bites!
The patties could have used a sprinkle more of salt but it was tasty! They ran out of kettle chips but they didn’t tell me. I went to ask about it and then they told me. However, they could have substituted, on their own, something else. But it’s okay because I didn’t need it. Others may have wanted a substitution though.

Craving a good burger? Start here. Ordered cheeseburger and cheese curds. Will be back for more. Ordering was fast, had to wait ~20 mins for food. Worth it. You’re getting sit down restaurant quality, fresh, hot food at the food court.

The food has always been good. So far every thing has been perfect. There was one day I stopped by for food and their music was blaring (kinda got 2nd hand embarrassment). I don’t believe the girl who did that, works there anymore. Great staff tho and always flavorful items. Always recommending Ktown Fries and Wow burger and if you can handle spice, pepper burger for sure

The husband and my first time eating here. Food tasted as great as it looked. I loved that the buns were butter and toasted to perfection. I know beef burger patties are usually still pink on the inside, but I like my meat well-done (even with steak). I had the Woww Burger and the husband had the Bang Bang Burger. He said the Hmong pepper was over powering all the other flavors with his burger. We both agreed that we’d come back for more. He said he’d order the same one again and just request for no Hmong pepper in it. I do have to say, I was impressed with the chicken patty inside the Bang Bang Burger. Chicken is usually dry at some places; but this one was so juicy and soft and delicious! Fries were great too with the seasoning! Free refills on drinks too! I love it when places offer free refills. Can’t wait to try out the melts and quick bites next time! So glad we had a great experience with Blueprint Burgers.

Fantastic! Didnt expect to have an actually good burger at a food court in a mall. Just went to the mall with my son, and got lunch. Not a fast food place for sure. I took a minute to get our food, but it’s because it’s an actually fresh made burger. Added bonus was that the fries were some of the crispiest I’ve had and were thick enough to have fluffy potato on the inside. Dang good job . I haven’t been to this mall in many years, but I might come back for a burger now.
