Sunday Brunch with limited brunch menu starts at 9:30. We were first in line. Noted that if you arrive later than the first wave of seating you may have to wait 30-45mins for tables. I opted for Forrest Floor Hash (yummy vegetarian option). Burnt end beef sausage and Pork Belly Hash with Biscuit were delicious too.

The service was incredible. Our server, Nina, was so helpful and so kind.
It was loud but not so loud you couldn’t talk. The food was so yummy – truly one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had.
The toasted coconut coffee was recommended by our server in training and man he was right on. It was so good, and giant (pictured with butter and creamer for size comparison).
I subbed the sides of the black bean burrito for chorizo and a slice of the Japanese milk bread French toast. I cannot overstate how good it was.
My husband got the JM omelette and he said it was also delicious.
Our bill with my substitutions was only $45.
10/10 recommend!!

i loved the atmosphere of this cozy and welcoming restaurant! the wait was kind of terrible, i’d estimate it was about 30+ minutes on a friday at 11 am. i didn’t mind because i was hungry, but the line was going out the door! we finally got a place at a table with a couple who didn’t mind us joining the table, and from there the food came out quickly and the service was great.
i came to this place specifically because i heard they had a vegan option, that being the tofu hash. i liked that they had an option that i could eat and the hash was well-seasoned and packed with many vegetables.
while i was only in town for the tourist-y things in the chattanooga area, i had a great time at the restaurant and would stop by again if i was around. definitely recommend!

The Corn Beef Hash with egg was amazing. Grits with cheese were good as well. Since it is a small place expect to wait but know it is worth it.

Bluegrass grill is a great spot dishing out delicious food! My go-to is the eggs benedict, but I recently tried a build your own omelet with jalapeño bacon and it was fantastic. I haven’t had a bad bite here. Do yourself a favor and try the bacon flight — you won’t regret it! The pancakes and home fries are also spectacular.

Went for lunch and ended up getting breakfast. The entire menu looked so tasty, I wish I could try it all. I chose the harvest hash portobello and swiss with a fresh biscuit. My partner got the two eggs breakfast plate with a fresh biscuit and fluffy pancake. We also tried the 1/2 bacon flight which included 2 flavors, we chose pineapple ginger, and the peppery maple bacon. Everything was delicious!

Came in around 10 on weekday. Busy but got seated immediately. Friendly staff. Got a two top in the front window and enjoyed people watching. Had the chorizo hash- absolutely excellent! Potatos fried just right and the mixture of chorizo and cheese on top just right. My wife got the quiche and fresh fruit and it hit the spot. Good service. QR Scan and pay so you can roll whenever you are ready. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

What an awesome breakfast! I haven’t been here for years and I’m so glad it’s just as good as I remembered. The food is delicious. The service is super friendly.
Every time I’ve gone it’s been pretty busy but that’s never stopped us from getting good service. They know how to handle the crowd.

Very good food, good service and a nice atmosphere. The only thing I would encourage the owners to swiftly look into is to replace their blue chairs. Not only could you see the springs in the chairs but you could feel the springs in your bum bum and it is no fun fun. It’s nice to enjoy breakfast….comfortably 😉 Would definitely recommend this place and will definitely be returning.
