Wheat beer is good, would order again.
Nachos come in a pile and have lots of topping. It’s good but it gets soggy quick, so maybe ask for extra chips next time.
Pizzas had pretty awesome toppings on them, the crusts were awful. The bbq chicken pizza toppings were pretty great, the fresh jalapeños added a real kick and the rest of the toppings were great. The crust had terrible texture and really took away from the experience.
Spin dip and potato skins were average. Fried pies looked ok, but nothing special
It was convenient, the food was tolerable, service was decent. Overall it was ok, at least they have a good location.

Stopped into Bluegrass Brewing on our way thru town. I immediately loved the steps down into the bar in the basement. Lots of wood in the interior which added to the atmosphere of the place. They had an upper room for special occasions. The bartender was friendly, but I think she lacked some knowledge of the brews available. I got a flight to try more of their beers, which was a good choice as I highly enjoyed them all. Would love to back some day.

This place really surprised me. Didn’t expect much as I’ve never heard of them before but I tried several different beers including their root beer and they were all decent. My GF doesn’t like barrel aged beers but yet liked theirs. The food were huge portions and absolutely delicious. Definitely a place to try.

BBC was incredible tonight. The food was outstanding. We had the bluegrass burger. Yum! And the crispy fried fish. Ryan, the manager was so accompanying as our grandson has special needs. He along with our server Laura met our every need. Thank you so much for making our time special. The view of the Yum center was icing on the cake.

Bluegrass Brewing Company is a great spot in Louisville. The food menu may be small, but everything on it is delicious. Their house brews are excellent, and I especially enjoyed the mead and the beer blend they offer. A unique place worth checking out!

I stopped by Bluegrass Brewing for a small lunch, and it was mostly good. I ordered a flight of their beers to get an idea of what they were brewing, and I also got a bowl of their chili. I wish I could be more generous, but there was an off flavor to all of the beers I tried, and I can’t help but wonder if there was some chemical left in the lines from cleaning or something. The chili was decent at least, although a tad watery. Service was a bit slow despite it being fairly empty at the time, but at least they were professional. I feel like I’ll have to give them another chance someday, but my experience this last time was a bit lackluster.

Went for lunch on a Friday. Place was moderately busy. Waited a long time to order & almost half an hour for our food. To restaurant’s credit, our server apologized & said our meals would be free of charge. I had fish tacos special, which was tasty, but chips were pedestrian. Colleague had fish sandwich, which he reported as “pretty good.” Sometimes things happen, & this experience was not optimal, but was handled correctly & food was good.

We to BBC for the first time in over a year (we used to go frequently) and we were pleasantly surprised with the food. Everything we ordered was excellent and even better than we remembered it. The buffalo chicken pizza (add jalapenos) was the best we’ve ever had at a restaurant. Highly recommend and will return to order it again.

Stopped in for a late lunch on a Thursday. Zack was flying solo behind the bar and he came out to take our order. So refreshing that he was so personable and nice speaking with us. That is rare in the service industry these days. I had an Alt Bier and my wife got the wheat. We split a pulled pork sandwich (HUGE) and garlic parmesan fries. Our friends split the Blue Grass burger. All the food and drinks were great. The service was spectacular!
