First time here, I never knew they had such a mini selection of places to eat here. This place is nice and bright when I walked in. It wasn’t too busy for a Saturday morning. The layout was clean and organized. After, I had placed my order it was pretty cool to see them make the food a few feet from you.
I ordered:
1. Morning edge – The muffin was so fluffy. The sandwich itself was simple and tasty.
2. Carnivore stack – This was delicious and messy with each bite. Every bite the meat just popped out.
3. Egg toast or fresh (i forget) – open faced sandwich with a mini salad (arugula and tomatoes) and strawberries. My dad enjoyed this. It was simply and filling.
4. Almond cookies – So soft and delicate. It easily melts in your mouth
This place has plenty of seating, drinks and snacks to choose from. Highly recommend this place and I will be back soon to try more items.

Ordered the Italiano sandwich with French bread option. It came with small salad. The sandwich is about 8″. Good size for an individual. Bread was soft when taking a bite, & had a good crust. Sandwich has a good appearance with a good amount of meat. With all ingredients combined the sandwich had flavor & tasted good. Not a fan of subs loaded with lettuce & this one had a perfect amount. Overall it’s a great sandwich & will order again. Only one gentleman was working & he was very cordial. Good selection of drinks & chips. Seating inside was inviting as well as the tables & chairs outside. Very clean & welcoming sandwich shop.

Delicious breakfast sandwiches! This is the Savory Start – the English muffin is made by a local bakery, the ham is fresh, and the eggs are fluffy and well seasoned! Would definitely come back!

We came by to get a coffee next door and just noticed this little sandwich shop. I can’t believe this was opened a few months ago. We ordered a burrata sandwich $13.50 (burrata, tomato, pesto, arugula, etc.) and a godfather sandwich (mortadella, ham, salami, pepper jack, etc.) $18.25. It took about 20 minutes for the sandwiches to come out. I liked how you can select dutch crunch or focaccia bread. Both sandwiches were good. They do run on the smaller side if you compare it to, say, Little Lucca’s. The restaurant was empty at 12pm on a Sunday.

My husband and I love Bluegrain. Can’t go wrong with the fancy burrata or the firehouse sandwich. We love the wide assortment of drinks- they just do it right. You can also tell the quality of their food is second to none. Staff are always kind.
Also, we get so excited to charge our Tesla in the parking lot because it means it’s a Bluegrain day! thank you tesla for showing us our new favorite spot.

I went for a work lunch today and got the Firehouse on ciabatta, which was great! Lots of meat, good sauces, amazing bread, and it’s filling. Went back later to pick up the chicken caprese for my wife, which was also really good. I’m sad that The Sandwich Spot is gone, but I’ll definitely be coming back here!

I absolutely loved the interior of the restaurant. It felt like I had escaped to France. The sandwiches were also quite good. Will return to try more.

The spicy chicken on focaccia is one of my all time great sandwiches! There’s sweetness and spice, the focaccia is airy and it feels fresh without being greasy.
