Heard amazing reviews of Bluefin and it’s been on my bucket list for places to discover. Was in the neighborhood so I decided to explore it.
Place surely has a vibrant crowd and ambience. They have indoor and outdoor seatings as well as high chairs at the sushi bar.
We decided to embark on a Japanese culinary journey today and both the sushi + sashimi combo set and chicken yakisoba were mouth-watering and expertly prepared. They also have a fantastic selection of Thai food on the menu.
Being that the kitchen and staffs are mostly Thai from what I heard, I’m sure the Thai food will be authentic and delicious. Kudos to the staff team as they all were super friendly and welcoming.

This restaurant was mediocre. We thought the mixed Japanese and Thai menu would suit our group but we were told that not one single thing on the Thai menu is vegetarian because it all has fish sauce. Every dish? Yes. Udon Noodle soup was fine, not very flavorful. Fried tofu appetizer was fine, not very flavorful. Also, why is there a huge tv in the restaurant? This is not a sports bar. Would not recommend.

Having a strong desire for sushi prior to going to the movies, we arrived just as the restaurant opened at 4pm. The service provided by Tommy, our server, was excellent as he was very friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed the food. It was incredibly fresh, delectable, and impeccably prepared.
I highly suggest this place to all of you, although it may be a bit pricey, the experience is definitely worth the cost.

Lovely restaurant food is amazing!!!!!! Staff is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is a chill dim vibe. Again FOOD IS AMAZING, great rolls, pad Thai was amazing, deserts were amazing! Definitely check them out if you are in the FAU – Boca area!

The sushi rolls were GREAT, we got a Crazy Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll and a Celebration Roll, spicy tuna roll wqs rolled a bit weird compared to other places ive been but still great tasting. The rest being the Shrimp Tampura Lunch special, my girlfriends Chicken Teriyaki and my roommates Garlic Pork were all kinda mid in the flavor department. Our first and potentially only time here since we are just visiting from Texas, it was kinda mid. Id definitely suggest sticking to the Sushi options as those seemed to us to be the better prepared food.

Common Man Eats
This is a great place to get quality sushi that is truly fresh. They also have a huge variety of other things on the menu and have a lot of Thai dishes. The crispy tuna rice cake is a great app to try. It has amazing flavor and pretty different. They also have one of the best soft shell crab apps that I’ve had. I had the sashimi dinner so that I could taste a few different fishes and had to substitute Wahoo for one. They were all amazing. They also have a great selection of Sake which was amazing. I would definitely like to come back and try some other dishes on the menu.
