Amazing handrolls! The chefs were great! Service was quick and attentive. Freshest fish that we have had in a really long time from a sushi spot. The toro was top notch! We had the 6pc handrolls. They made them just fast enough as we finished 1 roll they were handing us the next one. Definitely coming back to these guys.

Fish is fresh and well prepared. Every roll was delicious, definitely worth the price. Glad to have a hand roll bar in West Covina where the food is delicious. Toro was the only fish I wasn’t too impressed with, however everything else in their 6 piece hand roll set was delicious. The atmosphere I gave a 4 start review since it’s located in an open space market area. The server and chef were nice, friendly and attentive.

Nice sushi bar with friendly staff and great food. Seating at the bar is limited but there is plenty of space in the food court. Premium chirashi bowl is $39, comes with 3 pieces of toro. They also offer 3 different levels of omasake. Would definitely come back.

One of the best places at Haven city. It’s located on the corner of the main area when you come in, just before you head to GW market.
You can eat at the bar or eat elsewhere at the market. Depends what kind of atmosphere you’d like or how big your party may be. I have yet to eat at the bar since we always try to eat from multiple places at haven. It and share, but plan to next time to try the omakase that people are raving about. Staff is super friendly.
I’ve only tried their hand roll set, 4 and 6 piece sets. I think the price is more than fair for what you get. The fish is fresh and delicious. Good portions. Big fan of toro and the blue crab. Salmon, tuna, yellowtail were delicious as well, plenty of fish in the handroll so you don’t feel like you’re only eating rice.
One inconsistency is the albacore. The first time we came, it was very spicy, the second time it was very mild. Maybe they’re trying to change it up every now and then.
Definitely a must try at Haven City. One of the few places that’s lighter and more refreshing to eat there.

For a place inside a “food court”, food here is just impressive. Quality of fish is better than most sushi places I have been. And staff service is just top notch. I will definitely be back when I am back in the area.
