My first time going here. It was a Sunday evening. The service was spectacular. The food came out quickly, possibly due to the timing I went or lack of being crowded. But such fast service amazed me. The sushi was wonderful and fresh. I had the crunch salmon roll, avocado roll, and the vegetarian hibachi. All delicious, the hibachi could be a little more seasoned. But overall great place, atmosphere, & service! P.S I don’t typically get dessert when I go out for dinner, Bluefin has a green tea ice cream & a mango sorbet that I really wanted to try but they were all out so I settled for vanilla & it was still good, so there’s that.

We love this place. Food is great, staff is always nice, friendly, and will joke around. Our favorite is Jeanie. She makes my kid feel special, always goes above and beyond. Definitely one of our main go-to’s. The spicy Ramen challenge is no joke. Completed the Crazy challenge. Will NOT be trying the next level. Kid menu prices are very reasonable for great amount of food. And plenty of sushi per plate.

Hi, i went to bluefin hoping to add another sushi place to the list. I had egg rolls and the beef fried rice and their salmon sushi. The egg rolls were delicious and fresh. I got the beef fried rice. The rice itself was good but the beef was absolutely terrible. The beef tasted like it was boiled and unseasoned. It was not good and i tried using soy sauce but it did not cover up the lack of flavor. I tried the sushi and it was even worse. The ingredients tasted unfresh and also lacked flavor in tje beginning but left this awful potent after taste that made me want to gagg. The service was great but the food could use some work in some areas.

Ordered to go the food was okay.. nothing really stood out to me. I got the dumplings and I asked for them lightly pan fried they were more mushy than anything, the filling was better than the gyoza sauce. The gyoza sauce was unbearable. There was way too much ginger and vinegar in it. The New York state roll was pretty good but it was DRENCHED in sauces I couldn’t even taste the steak on top or the roll itself. Lastly the Salmon Nigiri… the rice was very mushy. I had to throw out the rice piece and just eat the salmon itself like a sashimi. Nothing really appealed to me I eat sushi several times a month and just very unfortunate because I decided to try this place for the first and now last time.

My daughter and I enjoyed our evening at Bluefin. The food was amazing and the service was quick. We ordered the “I Love Jalapeños” for appetizer, the dish was full of flavor and taste. The 3 Musketeers Roll Sushi combo was fresh and delicious. We will definitely be back to try more.

The Frisco location was not listed. Nevertheless, I consistently select the tune tataki. I requested it without greens to focus on the tuna. It was outstanding. The sweet shrimp with fried heads was flavorful. The egg omelet sushi was precisely as expected. A ramen challenge is also offered, with a $100 prize. Our server, Vanessa and JP the manager delivered outstanding service. Their contributions are invaluable to the establishment. #amazballs
