We happened to stumble across Bluebird Martini Bar on our way to Timber Wood Fired, and we’re so glad we did! Aynslee, our bartender, was so friendly and knowledgeable. A hidden Gem in Lincoln best Martini’s around in a cozy speakeasy bar type settings. Very low key and chill great place to chat with friends and with the bartenders who are always crafting something very yummy. Been twice and is worth it. They are normally open until 11 PM they are located in the share space with the sushi restaurant.
