My sister and I got here early on a Sunday morning to avoid the Sunday morning brunch crowd wait. It worked because we were seated immediately. I highly recommend the blueberry hushpuppies and definitely the crab cake benedict. The truffled western steak was alright. I didn’t taste the truffle, and was hoping to get more of the caramelized onions. Would definitely come back to try other items and reorder the ones we really enjoyed!

Blueberry’s Grill is one of my favorite spots for breakfast and brunch. The menu has a great variety, from classic breakfast plates to more creative options, and everything I’ve tried has been consistently fresh and flavorful. We love Blueberry’s Grill in Myrtle Beach, so when we found out about the location in Wilmington we were excited. The restaurant is beautiful and the Christmas decorations were exquisite. Our favorite dish is usually the Brussels sprouts. Our Brussels sprouts were good but not crispy as we’re used to at the other location. The blueberry huspuppies were tasty. Overall I would visit again.

Came on a Saturday afternoon and added myself to the waitlist before arriving. Upon checking in, we were told it would be about a 30 mins wait, but it was actually way quicker than that! But Wow this place was so cute and surprisingly way bigger inside than I thought! They also had a pretty big outdoor seating area. We ordered blueberry hushpuppies and mahi tacos to share and it was good for lunch. Food came out fast too. A great spot to come for breakfast/lunch/brunch! They also had a breakfast menu, even though we were there for lunch. I wish that there would’ve been maybe 1 more taco or a side, but otherwise it tasted good.

Feb22; another visit. Best breakfast place in the lower Cape Fear Region. My omelette and potatoes were rocking. The club music is start to catch on. I mean the place is packed like a club.

I actually really like the music today, especially using the restroom. I thought I was at a dance club in the Czech Republic. It’s packed for a reason, because the food is outstanding!
Cool place to check out. Brunch menu is sweet. I have not had Greek omelette in a long time. Very savory with some home fries and English muffins. Don’t forget the hot coffee and some nifty table fans to keep bugs at bay. Thought the club music in background didn’t fit the vibe. Long wait time make you use app.

I have had this restaurant on my list for a long time. I finally went! I loved it! I dined alone at the bar for lunch. Everything was soo delicious! I ordered the Monte Cristo, blueberry hushpuppies, and an iced latte.

Use the online waitlist feature and get yourself to this place ASAP! We went for Saturday brunch and it was delightful. Morgan was our server and was friendly and personable. The blueberry hushpuppies were divine, the mimosa flight was great, and the omelets and grits are delicious. We sat outside and it was perfect!

Our new favorite breakfast spot in Wilmington! Close to Wrightsville & Mayfaire. We drove from Surf City and will do it again when we’re back down there. Everyone was very pleasant & helpful being our first time there. Food was hot & delicious, drinks were great as well. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great breakfast spot!

Blueberry Grill in Wilmington is easily one of the best breakfast spots in the area. The atmosphere is bright, welcoming, and has that kinda coastal farmhouse yet cozy vibe that makes you want to sit and stay a while.
We came in for breakfast and coffee, and everything hit the spot. My wife ordered an iced coffee, and it was excellent — smooth, refreshing, and not overly sweet, which I really appreciated. It paired perfectly with the meal and gave me exactly the pick-me-up I was hoping for.
The food was just as impressive. The menu has a great mix of classic breakfast favorites and creative twists, and the portions are generous without feeling heavy. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. You can tell the kitchen really puts thought into balancing presentation and taste.
Service was also top notch. Our server was friendly, attentive, and kept things moving at a good pace even though the restaurant was busy. We never felt rushed, but also never had to wait long for anything — a perfect balance.

Love coming here for brunch! Love being able to join the waitlist before arriving. Cuts down the wait significantly. Just be sure to check in with the host so they know you have arrived. The music inside was extremely loud though. Maybe we were seated under a speaker but it was hard to talk to my friend I went with.
