First the service was very good and the staff was friendly and engaging. However, the service even though it was so professional was eclipsed by the quality of the food. Cannot say enough good about the amazing savory and flavorful food. Had the artichoke, cheese, chili dip and was thoroughly impressed. Soup, salads, and roast beef Sammy all equally excellent. Oh…..the bread pudding desert was equally impressive! Will definitely return here when back in Los Alamos.

Got takeout here for my husband’s birthday and the food was excellent. Several people in our party got burgers and we also ordered a sandwich and the spinach artichoke dip. It was all top notch quality. Even my picky toddler, who rarely eats everything in front of him, approved of his quesadilla.
Just a little note. If you are planning on doing takeout, it’s probably better to pick up at the counter rather than do curbside delivery if you can. They didn’t have any specific signs for curbside delivery and the area of the parking lot they said to park at was full. It still worked out well and the employee on the phone was so nice, but I think just save yourself the trouble and pick up your order inside.

Astoundingly good food at astoundingly reasonable prices. (OK, we didn’t have the $70 dessert wine, other than THAT!). Best dinner we have had in years. Specially good salads and, no, not an iceberg leaf in the bunch. Very smooth service. You will NOT be disappointed.

Both times I’ve been here, I got sick. I got the fish tacos once and the turkey club wrap on another occasion. I once waited an hour for my food here, and I’ve also been given food I didn’t order. My friends did not enjoy the blue corn enchiladas; in fact, we didn’t even finish our food that day. The service is not great; the servers seem exhausted but I think that’s because this place is always so busy. So I somewhat understand. To clarify, none of the servers have ever been rude to me, but it’s just a little off-putting.
I WILL say that I like the selection of hot drinks. The apple cider is great! I also think it’s cool that they use fiesta ware sometimes.

I had the Ruben sandwich with fries. The Ruben was amazing. The fries seem like they were made earlier in the day and kept hot. Beyond that the staff were very polite, patient and accommodating. I’d probably come here again.

I’ve frequented this location under multiple identities over the decades as well as this identity (Blue Window) across multiple locations. I think this rendition is the best yet.
I like eating outdoors as well as their bar area. The main dining is often rather loud when busy, but great in the shoulder times.
I have a few favorite meals there, their classic “spinach-cheese” enchiladas never disappoints (going on 45 years now?)
