All around FANTASTIC! The greens are not to be missed. Just the right amount of bite, and surprisingly spicy! No need for hot sauce. The brisket was so tender that a knife was not needed. The toast was super crunchy and the Mac n cheese a 10. EAT HERE! Also, the specials looked interesting, but as it was our first visit, we had to try the brisket.

Absolutely delicious! Brisket was so juicy, tender and flavorful. Loved the brussels with buffalo, blue cheese and bacon def my favorite BBQ on the Treasure Coast and PB County. Nice little spot, definitely coming back!!!

Review Update:
This used to be my favorite BBQ place, but for a few months now they have been out of a lot of the items my coworkers and I used to get. They are also closed a lot more now. Unfortunate because we would go here at least once a week and now we’ve pretty much stopped. Demoted from 5 stars as the menu has basically been cut in half and they arent ever open now.
Ordered for myself and 2 of my office coworkers. Food was so good. We ordered brisket burnt ends and everything was so tasty! I think I just found my new BBQ spot!

My heart was pounding out of my chest it was so delicious, I ordered the brisket sandwich w/ BBQ sauce. Plus, the homemade pickles, so so so good, I could eat a bowl of it. This is my humble opinion…this place is not your backyard BBQ, I would say it’s Gourmet barbecue. You can taste all the creativity, Love & care they put into making their food. Hands down, I highly recommend the place, and be careful you do not accidentally bite your finger while Hoofing it down. It’s really hard to pace yourself when eating a brisket sandwich lol THANK YOU FOR A FANTASTIC MEAL WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good food good atmosphere, you can tell no expense was spared. Really nice truck with new equipment. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of were prices they’re charging Texas monthly top 50 prices. I’ve been to a couple very well established BBQ trucks in palm beach that were only charging 24-25 per pound of brisket in the last month.

Absolutely astounding. Went there twice in a row after checking the website regarding hours of ops. Nobody there, all locked. How do you run and own a business line that? I’ve experienced this before in Stuart, where another restaurant was closed even though it should be open. I’ve never experienced this phenomenon in Arizona or California and definitely not in Europe. Must be a Flori-duh thing?

UPDATE: I’m taking it down to two stars because even though the fare is spectacular, what good is it when you can’t get it on a regular basis? Very disappointed in the fact that there’s no consistency in hours of operation. As another reviewer indicated, this seems to be a hobby for the proprieter(s). I suppose the temporary nature of operating out of a lunch truck should have been a clue. Here I sit at 11:45 on a Wednesday morning (listing claims 11:30 a.m.”open”) and the gate is still locked with no signs of life whatsoever. Well, nice while it lasted. So long Blue Water……..
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Two white boys cookin’ up greens and other fare one must usually travel to a black-owned establishment for if you want the best. Well, I’ve never had better than what I found at Blue Water. Ribs to die for, and you absolutely cannot beat the price! I shall return.

Pulled Pork and Corn Muffin were excellent. Tangy sauce was great as well. I was excited to see Vinegar Slaw on the menu but honestly it was weird. A bunch of added ingredients and not enough vinegar. Overthought.
