Waitress: rice and beans is ok with that.

Foods come out friend friend got burger special he did not get his fries.
I ask about my beans & rice. She says oh sorry let me get that.
Comes back oh Fajitas do not some with rice and beans!!!
-My Friend halfway done with burgers still waiting on fires.
Food was ok but I will not be back sorry.

This is a “higher class” dive of a diner with a eclectic menu that jumps into multiple ethnic food genres with a selection of Italian then some Mexican along with some classic American and a nice dash of New Orleans dishes thrown in for good measure. The menu certainly goes all over the map with its dishes and that seems to leave some less than excellent execution but generally they pull off “ok” to “very good” food. The service here always seems to be very good and the ambiance is a unique mix that gives it a fun vibe. The burger and lasagna are decent and the Italian and Mexican style food can often be quite nice. The New Orleans food is typically good and they usually have rotating daily specials. Overall this is great spot when you have a group of people that all want something different. Warren Zevon would really enjoy this place!

This hidden place is not what I expected. Customer in the parking lot told me to just get a burger and I won’t be disappointed. Jacob was my waiter and was more that helpful, kind and professional. I just received some devastating news and he was kind in my moment of despair. As I recall the burger was very very good. The staff was also very attentive.

My 1st time here for lunch and I ordered the beef chimichanga and it was not good. They put salsa & grated cheese on it. Rice and beans had no flavor and no flavor in the beef. I heard it was supposed to be a good place to eat. Very dissatisfied for $18.88 too.

Place has a decent atmosphere, food is not that good though. Or perhaps this is one of those spots where you just stick with burgers & sandwiches. The queso with beef wasn’t too good, cheese tasted like canned nacho cheese & looked like it too. The Mexican chicken dish I ordered wasn’t great either, tough chicken & rice and beans were meh ♂️ Just got the check, after tip this extremely sub par meal cost me $30.00. It should cost around $12.00 for how it tastes, come at your own risk.

This is definitely a decent spot. They serve a little bit of everything though, it’s like do you want tacos, burgers, pasta, or what?! Lol we decided on a few Mexican dishes because that seem like the majority and it would be better than the other options. Our food was good but nothing to brag about…but it was a cool spot with nice service. Check it out and decide what you like.

I took my wife here on our first date in 2015. And to be honest we have always wanted to come back. We always feel welcome with Mama D in the restraunt the food is always excellent i can say i never had a terrible experience here between the pasta burgers ribs and chimichangas i dont know which i want more when im her this is an excellent restaurant with great people and great food.

After 5 years of driving by. And… . I finally stopped in. Absolutely effing awesome!!! My wife said it was great. She wasn’t kidding. Awesome. I’m feel special for never going. Yet again the hole in the wall crushes it hands down. Like Arnie. I’ll be back.

My father and I ate there for $27!. The service was quick and friendly. My father had the veggie chimichanga and I had the 2 cheese enchiladas. I would have loved if they had a suiza sauce and some varying cheeses (I should have asked). The chimichanga was really good too .
