Eaten here on three separate occasions now, Christmas Eve, Valentines Day and weeknight for a birthday. Each time the food had been consistently excellent, great friendly service and fantastic value for money. Food is always hot and tasty. Great that this is out local go to Indian restaurant. We’ve had several take aways but last night we ate in for the first time. Six of us arrived at about 6pm on Sunday evening. Service was fantastic from start to finish. Once sat down poppadoms and sauces arrived quickly along with our drinks. We took our time ordering and staff were polite and friendly. All the food was first class both in presentation and taste. The bill was very reasonable too. All in all a great evening which we hope to repeat soon.

The Currys were quite bland, no hint of any spices in them whatsoever. The paneer was more like tofu in texture. The staff are lovely but the curry wasn’t upto scratch.

I’ve had takeaway from here a few times but never eaten in. I don’t know why, just hadn’t. The wife and I went there on Friday night for a meal and it was gorgeous. Whilst the takeaway is very nice, the food was even more delicious eating in and you could tell it was made fresh. They asked us if we were ready for our meals and fired them straight away so it was timely and as fresh as possible. Prices are very reasonable. We paid just under £20 a head (including drinks) for poppadoms, chutney tray, 2 curries, rice, naan and drinks. Very well priced, no complaints. The staff were super friendly and took the time to explain dishes to us, chat about the restaurant and talked to us about the food and the cooking. They were lovely. Will definitely go again and recommend it

We’ve been going to this restaurant on & off for over 30yrs and the food has always been very good, but tonight 21/04/25, we had 4 different meals with starters & we all said the same that the food was excellent, the best we’ve had anywhere in a very long time. The presentation & timing was perfect, couldn’t fault anything, thankyou to all the staff.

By the time they did come back….
Food was cold. Wasn’t even in a heat proof carrier
Very poor service from the restaurant and delivery.
Very poor quality food ,
Very little taste in all dishes,
Poppadoms were like rubber
Curry dishes tasteless.
Certainly more went in the bin than was eaten.
Definitely would not!! order again.
