We had a lunch reservation at 12:30 PM on Saturday. It was a rainy day, so the drive took a few extra minutes, but once we arrived, we were seated immediately since it wasn’t too busy. The food was excellent, the ambiance was great, and the customer service was top-notch. The icing on the cake was that it happened to be happy hour, so we enjoyed fantastic food at an even better price. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Amazing experience at Blue Sushi Sake Grill! The atmosphere is modern, stylish, and very welcoming. The sushi was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented, with so many creative roll options and great vegan/vegetarian choices too. The drinks were well crafted, and the service was excellent friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Everything from the flavors to the vibe made this a place I’d happily come back to again. Highly recommend for sushi lovers!

Super fast service and the crab coconut soup was delicious.
But the sushi was smaller than expected, the fish on the rolls was just a tiny piece on top, not wrapped around or even covering half the roll. I thought the price was fine until I saw that most of the filling was cucumber and carrots. How is it possible that a salmon roll has more vegetables than fish?

Amazing food!!! My favorites are the cherry bombs, and the lion king roll. My son absolutely loves the salmon kids bentos. The server, Gennesis was polite, knowledgeable and quick. The general manager, Jennifer, greeted us and introduce herself. She was very professional and was very friendly, my son absolutely adored her.

I try to leave only constructive and positive feedback for restaurants, but this is not traditional Japanese sushi. The rice is very sticky, the portion of rice varies from piece to piece, and the rice is not seasoned with vinegar. If your date is knowledgeable about sushi, I would not recommend bringing them here. If you are not very familiar with sushi, however, you may still enjoy it.

Our waitress Bella was so sweet and very attentive! The food was amazing! Get the ceviche! We tried the truffle salmon based on reviews and we were disappointed! My husband tried the snow white roll and I had the thriller roll, both we phenomenal. We also had a house salad and hot stone with beef and were pleased. Also get the itchy sea bass! The sonoma Chardonnay was ! Will definitely be back!

I was seriously craving sushi so I went on the hunt for a good spot — and guess what? I found my all-time favorite sushi place right here in Dallas!
I started with the Tuna Tower (super fresh!), followed by the Cherry Bomb and the Lion King Roll — all during happy hour on a Saturday!
Everything was absolutely delicious. I wish I could’ve eaten more, but I was completely full. Definitely coming back again soon

My family and I have gone a bunch of times. Usually, when we don’t get a reservation, we have to wait around 10-25 minutes to get seated. After we’re seated and order, it takes a while for the food to come back to us. This means we usually stay there for around an hour and a half. Don’t come here if you have limited time or close scheduled plans after. But other than that, the sushi is amazing and we will definitely be coming back.

Vegans Read: I’ve come to Blue Sushi countless times and their food and service is always phenomenal. Last night I had one roll be delivered with fish on it. The staff immediately fixed this and took excellent care of me, however it did make me realize I need to check the rolls each time. The atmosphere, the service, and the food were phenomenal…but just check the roll before you eat it if you’re vegan.
