Met the girlies for happy hour! The atmosphere is beautiful! The service was amazing and the food and drinks were delicious! We all picked a sushi roll. I chose the miso soup and Crunchy L.A. which was so yummy! I also ordered a carafe of th lemongrass sake which was delicious and creamy! Great value! Happy Hour was surely a hit! I highly recommend

Food was delicious and nicely presented. The drinks tasted great. Wait staff was nice and prompt. Only thing was how the mochi desserts were served, they just threw all the mochis together instead of giving us individually the exact ones we ordered.

I was greeted when I walked in. Was immediately seated at the bar. I stopped in on Saturday with a few friends so decided to pop back in on Tuesday after work. They have a decent happy hour menu. I also love that they have multiple vegan sushi options. My goal is to try them all. My favorite so far is the eden roll. This time around, I subbed the edamame hummus for avocado while adding jalapeño and Sriracha which was a 10/10. I believe it was the manager that delivered my food and called me the new chef for coming up with a new recipe. I also tried the Thai hippie. I wasn’t a fan. The restaurant was clean and vibey. The bathroom was also clean. I’m going to also post a video from Saturday. I forgot to check in.

I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday here last weekend and had the most amazing experience. I’ve had takeout from this place once before while visiting Indy but this was my first time eating there in person and I was not disappointed! This is the only place I like “sushi” from because they have vegan options that aren’t just plain tofu or cucumber. As someone who has never liked/eaten ANY seafood I was really excited to get to try something closer to real sushi.
On top of that our server Kei was absolutely amazing. So knowledgeable of the menu and both the vegan and regular sushi. She made suggestions, showed us her faves and brought me a little birthday treat! I haven’t had a roll I didn’t like but I loved the vegan bbq eel tempura. She for sure made our lunch special. Cocktails were also wonderful although as a Texan I do not recommend the “tajin” I will definitely be eating here every time I’m in Indy and I hope all the same wonderful staff is there be because from host to manager every person we interacted with was lovely

We went to one in Chicago and we were super impressed so we wanted to try it out in Indy, we were definitely impressed again. As a vegetarian this is a Sushi heaven. I get so much verity to choose from. Our family absolutely loves going. We also enjoyed fantastic service and they took a great care for booking my I tables of 10.

i had a great time at blufish sushi! the parking lot was extremely crowded but there was no wait to sit down in the restaurant. the ambiance was nice but the restaurant was a little loud for my personal preference.
i felt like the menu was fair in regards to the plant based options available. i ended up ordering the edamame, as well as the avo kaluna roll and unami maki roll. eel was always my favorite as a child and i feel like the replication of it was very accurate. i don’t think i’d be able to distinguish right away if my sushi was vegan or not.
overall the service and food was great and i would recommend this place for a nice evening out or if you’re looking for vegan options in the area.
