At this point I’ve been to Blue South so much that it’s second nature to me. Breakfast and Deli service, Dinner, Brunch and even social occasion menu items. I spent my birthday at Blue South and there was about 15 people there on my behalf. They all enjoyed their time. No complaints on service, enjoying the food and karaoke was a bonus experience I absolutely loved. The staff are friendly and ever evolving. Even when the space gets crowded, they fill in where needed for their coworkers and I love seeing that. The Blue South Sweet Heat sauce is probably the most divine staple because it elevates they already juicy wings and shrimp deviled eggs. One of the things I would ask on the side for the fried fish or even adding it to your salad. The management/ownership team accepts FEEDBACK. They have made changes to menu items based on reviews, they’ve adjusted based on notes to the venue and other business suggestions. This evolving business with good vibes and food definitely deserve support. They host events throughout the month and live performances on Friday and Saturday. And they’re BYOB! If you get the chance, please stop by for your local cafe and deli needs or a much needed date night out!

I very much want to give it 5 stars, so close. Came here for dinner. Loved the deviled egg & shrimp appetizer. Loved the fried whiting & collard greens!!
The fried chicken entree was small chicken wings. Unexpected, but they were pretty good. Really well cooked, would’ve liked a little more flavor. Mac & Cheese and Candied Yams were pretty good as well. A little watery, but good flavor. The French fries were not good.
Did not try any dessert this time around, but will when we go back. Definitely worth another visit. Excited to try more things on the menu and see the live band.

The brunch menu is delectable. The waitstaff is excellent. The ambiance is superb making for an at home experience. God truly blessed this restaurant. The food is fresh and seasoned to perfection. Your tummy will have you smiling. Highly recommend this establishment.

Went here for breakfast and really enjoyed it. The food was great, and my daughter loved sitting at the table by the window. The Beyond sausage was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The best I’ve had! The owners were amazing and fun to talk to. We’ll definitely be back breakfast and making reservations for dinner!

My family and I held a private event on 01/24. The food was excellent. The staff was gracious. Several of our guest planned events themselves and most others promised to return. It was an outstanding experience, so much better than we anticipated. We wish Blue South all the love that good food makes you feel and continued success going forward.

We were so excited to try this place. We were seeing a show at the theater and booked a reservation well in advance. We placed our order at 6:30 pm. They let everyone know they were out of cornbread. At 7:15 we still didn’t have our food and no one checked with us. We asked someone and he said they are working on it. By 7:40 there was still no sign of food so we had to leave for our show with no dinner. We did pay for our seltzer water. If you are seeing a show either book several hours in advance or choose another restaurant. The other customers were lovely, the music was awesome, our server was very sweet, can’t comment on the food, and the kitchen service was really bad.

I was there for the grand opening and was not disappointed in the slightest. The interior space was beautiful. The chill vibes inside created a luxury dining experience at an affordable cost. Even at high capacity the entire staff was accommodating and personable and the food was amazing. I definitely plan on attending again to check out the lunch and dinner menus.
