Stuffed shrimp with crab – scrumptiously delicious. Oyster rockafella were so fresh. Chocolate bread pudding was light, moist and had fresh blueberries on it. My martini was perfect. 10/10! No wait because we got there before 5:00 for a table.

Everything was delicious! Each dish was prepared with such intention and that showed through with each bite! From the moment I stepped inside, I was warmly greeted by the Hostess and promptly greeted by my server, Kenzie. The entire experience was so lovely, and to top it off, the chef himself came out and personally greeted and interacted with every, single guest! ❤️ He even knew his repeat guests and shared a quiet moment to appreciate them. It’s not often anymore that you get to experience true hospitality, but you can definitely find that at Blue Seafood and Spirits. Highly recommend! ✨️

*THEY DO NOT TAKE RESERVATIONS* BUT…It’s worth the wait. Very small quaint restaurant- upscale mom & pop feel. Emphasis on small! The service was amazing and each dish left us wanting more. Don’t forget to get your sweet potato biscuits!

The soup of the day: Cream of crab
Two orders of the fresh seafood combination:
One with salmon and broiled
Another with flounder and blackened add side garden salad.
Both came with vegetable medley.
One order of the seafood belle haven substituted a side Caesar salad for an up charge served with mashed potatoes. Finally an order of the broiled lump crab cake and tempura fried asparagus (appetizer but order as an entree).
My salmon was bland but the flavors of everything else balanced out the taste. The asparagus was very different but enjoyable. I enjoyed the soup. The ceviche was a surprise delivery to the table but the sweet potato biscuits were a wonderful addition to the overall meal.
We washed down our dish with a glass of Prosecco which came with blueberries

There was no room for dessert
I would definitely return. The hours are limited but I will certainly plan around them for my next visit.

Service and Food was Excellent! Our server, Makenzie was terrific. The Chef/Owner made sure to greet everyone, he even brought us a little sample to try. We will definitely be back for more!

Honestly one of my favorite restaurants. Popped in solo at the bar on a work trip for dinner. Line at the door waiting for them to open at 4pm when I arrived. It was almost totally full as soon as they opened with locals who know. Amazing food, amazing service. Wish I could take this place home with me.

The wait was reasonable for how busy the restaurant was. Upon being seated, service was quick and accurate. The restaurant was a bit loud, but reasonably so due to size. The food was very good. I had the Oscar Salmon while my daughter had chicken. Dinner portions seemed on the smaller side, but dessert was pretty large in comparison. I would probably eat here again.

Food was incredible. Service was fantastic. Absolutely no complaints. I can’t believe I waited so long to check this place out.
Little sweet potato biscuits were omg. Chocolate bread pudding was great. And we eat got a special. Chef clearly enjoys his job. Bartender was just the right amount of attentive. Will be back for sure.

This was our first time at Blue — and our visit coincided with our 21st wedding anniversary. We had heard that there is often a wait to get in, and we were very pleasantly surprised that we showed up a few minutes before 5 PM and were seated promptly. (Score!)

The restaurant was packed, which is always a good sign. Our server, Jenny, was extraordinarily friendly, but not overly so, and we witnessed an amazing camaraderie and affection among the staff and patrons, including a series of hugs for a regular as she left. We talked with the chef and learned a lot about his team’s work ethic and his goals as a restaurateur.

The food is worthy of all of the accolades received online as well as in the general media. Nothing is overdone, and each dish is prepared to maximize its freshness & flavor. As plated, each dish is as aesthetically pleasing as it is ultimately tasty.

Per a friend’s recommendation, we drove about 40+ minutes to get to Blue. The drive was well worth it. As you can see per the pics, the food looked amazing. It all was well cooked and tasted GREAT. The staff was very friendly and really took care of us. We never had to wait on anything…..even with it being kinda crowded. One thing I REALLY liked is/was how the Chef actually walks around and talks to everyone. If you happen to try Blue, get there early. We got there when it opened at 4pm and when we left, there were a lot of folks waiting to get in. If this place was just a little bigger, it would be that much more awesome. Other than the size of the restaurant, this place ROCKS. We will definitely make that 40+ minute drive again and again.
