After we got seated the lady bluntly walked away without any explanation and we had to flag a waitress to explain the process for us.
After we got started it took om average between 5/15min for every dish to come out. Some sushi took longer than others, while some items were extremely fast.
When we ordered the sushi we also ordered ginger, wasabi and soy sauce and that took a good 3times asking after 20min why we were waiting so long. This was the exact same case for another cup since they only supplied us with 1 tea cup, not 2.
Just because the ordering system is done by tablet, doesn’t mean that you can disregard your customers. One of the wait staff who noticed actually apologised for the many tiny mistakes, but they weren’t her fault to begin with.
The food on average was not bad to nice, but nothing out of the ordinary. We were happy that they served proper Japanese tea, since that is exactly what we wanted with our sushi.
Overall a normal dining experience with plenty of growing potential in the service area. We are happy we tried it.
A few things to keep in mind before going here: getting all you can eat makes sense but it is over 40€, a la carte is an okay option, but sushi sizes are tiny.
I don’t think it is a spot for dining alone, so I suggest going with friends.
The food was definitely great! The kangaroo meat was the big surprise! I ate lots of AYCE at this point, blue sakura was distinct because it’s Church building. I guess, never in my wildest dreams ever thought having sushi inside the church.
First impression: WOW the interior is pretty it’s an old church and later used as this restaurant.
The staffs also gave us tablet where we can just easily click on the menu to order the foods I like it

It is a bit pricey for me, but once in a while is OK!
Overall experience 4.5/5
The sushi is very good, the nilgiri also is amazing and the must have is the sea weed salad. Something different and great
