I originally rated this place 5/5 for service and atmosphere because I really loved it. But I’ve had to change my review after my last experience. The quality of service has been declining for weeks now and I brushed it off thinking the staff were just overworked and underpaid. I typically go during happy hour. Occasionally I have gone on late Friday or Saturday nights. I’ve never had to pay an entrance fee until tonight. There was no signage to say there would be a fee and I wasn’t upset about it but I wasn’t prepared to pay it so I decided to leave. I politely took my ID back then declined going in. As I was walking away the guy that works the front asked why I was leaving (my wife and I go here almost every week so we’re regulars at this point) we said we weren’t interested in paying a fee to get in. It wasn’t a big deal to us to just go back home. He said not to worry about it and waved us in. However the lady that works the actual hookah lounge seemed to be irritated about this. I ordered the hookah and while I’m standing right there she’s complaining to other customers about it. Then once we sat down I overhear her still loudly complaining to the customers that we were pressed about the fee. The thing is we weren’t pressed about it which is why we just said never mind then started to leave. We didn’t make a fuss or complain about it considering there weren’t any signs to suggest this new fee policy. They were more pressed about it than us. They made it a big deal. They easily could have let us just leave but they waived the fee instead which we were grateful and we even said we’d pay it next time knowing the policy now. But to overhear her complaining about us not wanting to pay a fee we’ve never had to pay while visiting on a weekend night before was not only rude but it was completely unprofessional and ruined the place for me. We were one of the first regular customers when they first opened and to be talked about negatively by the staff so openly was just messed up. We could hear her over the blaring music which illustrates how upset and loud she was talking about us to the other customers. I really loved this place. I brought friends here. I will not be visiting again and I wanted the store to know why.

The bartender was extremely rude and when I commented to her about her attitude she called THE POLICE on me! I happily left with my money in my pocket. They will never get a dime of my money. And the owner stood there looking clueless… pathetic! It was completely empty in there and now i know why. I wish I could give a negative star.

My new favorite spot in town to get quality hookah and cold beer. The service is awesome, we never feel rushed, and the prices are more than fair compared to the other hookah spots or bars I’ve been to in the area. they make sure you feel comfortable and at home in the Blue Room. The welcoming atmosphere is refreshing, I will definitely be back. I suggest everyone reading this goes and gives the place a shot, they’re just fantastic.

The hookah quality is top notch, with a huge variety of flavors, smooth pulls, and long lasting smoke. The staff is friendly and always quick to help with coal changes or flavor recommendations.

This place is the cutest bar! You have to walk through a (pretty cool) smoke shop to get to it which gives it such a fun speakeasy vibe. Once you enter the actual lounge, it’s like you’re transported into another world, its just a cool experience. The bartender made us all special drinks that’s were SO good, and the atmosphere is so chill. The upstairs has comfy couches and plenty of room, it was perfect for our group. We will be returning!
