I had a wonderful dinner at Blue Ribbon Sushi with my family and truly enjoyed the convenience of having such a high-end sushi spot right inside the hotel. It was the perfect option for a relaxing evening together without even having to leave the building.
The fish was incredibly fresh, and you can tell the chefs take pride in their craft. The rolls were expertly prepared and beautifully presented, and the sashimi was clean, delicate, and full of flavor. Everything tasted thoughtfully balanced and high quality, and there was something on the menu for everyone in our group.
I also appreciated the great sake list — it paired perfectly with our meal and elevated the overall experience. The ambiance felt upscale yet comfortable, making it ideal for a special family dinner after a long day.
The only reason for four stars instead of five was that service felt slightly slower than expected during peak dinner time. Overall though, it’s a fantastic dining option and I would absolutely return.

Celebrated my birthday with a sushi dinner at Blue Ribbon and it was absolutely fantastic! Definitely the best sushi I’ve ever had! So fresh and beautifully presented. The service here was amazing too. Our server, Flynn, was so knowledgeable about the menu and made some great recommendations. I am also gluten intolerant and Flynn was so thoughtful in making menu adjustments so that I felt included and comfortable. Flynn and the chefs put gluten-containing toppings on the side and adjusted the sushi platter so that I could enjoy all the rolls. I do not have a gluten allergy, so cross contamination is not a problem for me. Flynn was transparent about this possibility, which I appreciated. If you have an allergy or celiac disease, I’m not sure how you’re experience would differ from mine. The kitchen also treated my family to a complimentary dessert as a birthday present! So thoughtful and kind! If you’re looking for good food and good company, come here!!

Might be the best sushi I have had in Boston, coming from an avid sushi lover who has been literally everywhere. Everything was delicious and fresh. Quality of fish is unmatched. Desserts and kitchen entrees phenomenal as well. Beautiful decor and ambience as well as friendly and attentive staff. Cannot wait to return.

Ate here for the first time with my husband for his birthday. We sat at the sushi counter as we like an interactive experience. Service was attentive and kind, food delicious, and we enjoyed the ambiance. They surprised us with a complimentary dish and dessert with a candle for my husband’s birthday. My Wife and I had such an amazing experience at Blue Ribbon Sushi in Boston. From the moment we walked in, AJ, the Manager, was incredibly welcoming and made us feel truly valued. You can tell he really cares about the guests and the overall experience. Our server, Nap, was honestly wonderful. She was so kind, attentive, and just an all-around amazing person. She made us feel comfortable, checked in at all the right times, and added such a positive energy to our night.
And the sushi… absolutely unreal. It was extremely fresh and literally melted in our mouths. Every piece tasted clean, perfectly prepared, and high quality. You can tell they don’t cut corners here.
Between the food and the service, this is officially our #1 go-to sushi spot now. They’ll definitely be seeing us a lot more.

Have ordered takeout twice. First time (on a Friday), it was the best sushi we’ve had in Boston; second time (on a Saturday night), the fish didn’t taste fresh. We had spicy tuna rolls both times — the first time they had great texture and taste, the second time they were unpleasant mush.
The prices are pretty wild. We tried the cauliflower tempura appetizer — for $20 we received about 3/4 cup of tiny cauliflower crumbs; it was pretty laughable. Can’t believe they charge $13 for veggie rolls and don’t even offer a mixed veggie roll.
Seems like a nice atmosphere for a date night if eating in. Hard to justify giving it a third chance with such high prices.

By far the best sushi experience we have ever had. Been to quite a few sushi restaurants all over the continental US and this is easily the best so far. I have favorites in our hometown and this blows it out of the water. Flynn was our server and he is possibly the friendliest and most knowledgeable professional we have interacted with at any restaurant. If you happen to get him as your server you are in good hands! Do not hesitate to spend some time here and making this a staple for any date or event.
