It was okay. It really wasn’t too smoky. The brisket was a little dry and they were out of Pulled Pork. Their links were very good as were their ribs. The ribs were very tender and very good flavor. The deal breaker for me was was the frozen french fries…( i hate that. Especially at a BBQ place )

It’ll do in a pinch. It’s not good quality BBQ but the service is nice and kind. If you come in expecting Wal-Mart quality hot food, you won’t be so disappointed. The prices are high for what you get; small portions of food that have been sitting for a long while. Be aware of any cross contamination between the different meats which are simply kept in warming trays.

Alright everyone, I tried blue ember smokehouse last week and it sucked. I’ll be honest and was expensive and with being new to the area I had to try blue ribbon. So today I had it delivered to me in fort smith at work and let me tell you what! This is absolutely freaking amazing! I got the brisket sandwich and bbq beans and slaw and I’m freaking blown away! It’s delicious! I’m like in heaven right now! I had to slap myself cause I thought I was dreaming! I HIGHLY recommend you eat here! I think I will be ordering daily when I work! That’s how good it is and the prices are perfect! I love blue ribbon bbq

Ordered catfish and shrimp dinner, with bbq beans and fried okra, the catfish was thick meaty huge filets, the shrimp was tender, butterfly style, both were excellent quality and delicious! The bbq beans were the most orignal recipe we have ever got from a restaurant, and also amazingly delicious! The fried okra the same, high quality and delicious! My girlfriend and I are definitely looking forward to trying the bbq next! Highly satisfied customers! Also the staff are very friendly and accomodating to requests!

I purchased 2 racks of ribs and one pound of smoked bologna. Cost $61 dollars and was not edible because it tasted like lighter fluid. Ribs were tender but tasted strongly of lighter fluid. Must not be the case all of the time because my sister had recommended them. Disappointed. (After mentioning this to a guy I work with, he said that they may use a propane smoker and maybe that is what I tasted?)
