Inspired by the classic roadside barbecue joints that dot the American South, Blue Ribbon offers the best of authentic Southern regional barbecue. All of our barbecue is cooked at low temperatures for long periods of time over oak and hickory hardwoods, producing moist, bold, flavorful meats. You’ll feel as though you’ve been brought back to a lost version of America. Our barbecue is the result of passion-driven cooks who have spent years around the fire pits perfecting the meats. The same passion applies to the long list of side dishes and desserts, giving a grandma’s kitchen flavor to the whole place. We share this experience with each guest and a simple nod of approval from a satisfied customer is what it’s all about.

Quick service, and reasonable prices for what we got. The combo sand, which had their slaw, house pickles, brisket and pulled pork. A heart stopping combo, but one I’m willing to take the risk on again. Their chipotle mustard and habanero vinegar go hard as well.
My wife got the beef brisket which also came out fast which if the sign that says “Good BBQ takes time” that statement is very true. The brisket was alright, but she says was “underwhelming” as some of the fat hadn’t rendered enough, and it came out at a temperature that was less than ideal, sort of a lukewarm, heat lamp temperature. I want to be proven wrong, and I’d be happy to give this spot another shot.
While the ribs were well done, the chicken was severely undercooked, omg nasty.
The collard greens tasted sandy, like they weren’t pre-washed.
Shame on you guys for even associating yourself with BBQ.
The portions are generous, prices are fair, and somehow everything tastes like it just came off the pit at a family cookout. Only downside? You’ll spend the next hour wondering if it’s socially acceptable to go back for seconds. Spoiler: it is.
