Service is not good, doesn’t matter the time you go. Food and drinks are extremely expensive. I ordered tenders because I wanted to get finger food for the flight and the container they provided melted twice. You can tell it’s not fresh food. The bar staff just isn’t kind, it sucks because it’s the only bar at the airport so they take advantage of that and charge so much money for literally the bare minimum.

Due to our flight being a little late, we arrived a little early and had time to have a small meal and a few beers. Keep in mind, that it’s the airport and expect it to be pricey. My wife had the pulled pork sandwich with hand cut fries. Being a food snob, she absolutely loved the dish. We each had two Blue Point beers and enjoyed the time we spent here waiting for our flight. Our server, Catherin, was friendly and attentive. Overall it was an enjoyable time, on a stormy night, awaiting our trip home.

This surprisingly did not meet already low expections. The menu (food) is super limited, which I figured would operationally lead to an acceptable quality in the items offered, that was not the case…

Staff we’re friendly and upbeat, though appeared short staffed; if the food was better the short staff would easily be overlooked. If concerned about flight departure, make sure to ask for your check same time as placing order..

French Fries were old/reheated/re-dosed with salt. Fried chicken also seemed re-fried. Food was edible, definitely would be enjoyed by someone who is starving, but if you’re anything short of starving I would recommend just eating the peanuts the plane hands our or getting a sandwich across the way, especially for the price. Its basically a $35 minimum per person for a sandwich with fries and a tap water. It is the airport, so price is to be expected, but thought this place would have at least hit a 3-star level.

This review is intended to hopefully improve this place as I do fly out of ISP often and its not a bad vibe to hang out for a bit especially with the friendly staff. Work on the quality of the food output and the rest will fall into place…

Good beers, fast and friendly service at the airport bar. Very clean and nicely designed. Did not get food so cant review that (yet) but it was a good experience having a beer. Had a sample of the imperial which was ‘meh’ but the other ipas were good. You can get it to go in a plastic cup but the cup is smaller than a normal draft beer.. so there’s math.

I get it. It’s at an airport so I wasn’t expecting much but this was truly awful. Lettuce was wilted, soggy and clearly old. Chicken was bad. Couldn’t eat it. I didn’t even care that it was so expensive but it was inedible.

Beware of bogus charges. This is the second time I’ve ordered one drink at the bar & was over charged by both Blue Point & Maggie O’sheas…which is the old name of the airport restaurant. While my $23 drink was correct, I was also charged $45 for food I did not order. Could be a mistake, but this is the second time in a few months! I was suspicious when they took my card in the back instead of ringing it up in front of me:(

Go anywhere else. The food was absolutely disgusting. I somehow just paid $40 for chicken nuggets.
