We had an excellent experience at this sushi place. From the moment our order was placed, it was clear that everything is made fresh on site. You can actually see the sushi being prepared, which makes a big difference in both quality and taste. The sushi was freshly made, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Every roll tasted clean, well balanced, and made with high-quality ingredients.Everything tasted incredibly fresh—the rice had the perfect texture, the fish was fresh, and the flavors were spot on. Honestly, I didn’t even get a chance to take photos because I arrived very hungry and started eating right away. That alone says a lot about how good the food was.
On top of that, the service was excellent. No alcohol in the place. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Orders came out quickly, and we felt well taken care of. This is definitely a place we would come back to and highly recommend to anyone looking for fresh, made-to-order sushi and outstanding service.

Delicious! All of the rolls were amazing but the Crusty Crab roll was to die for. The hibachi fried rice and shrimp hibachi were excellent with the best shrimp I have had at an Asian restaurant. They had good lunch prices as well. 11/10 would recommend!

Just happened to be driving through the area and looking for a place to grab some quick sushi and this place did not disappoint. I didnt expect much by the plaza but it was amazing. There was a mango roll that was mouth watering and I could eat 6 of them in one sitting!

Sushi was great! Location was local so wasn’t sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised at the quality. Very fresh! I even tried a new specialty roll and was very delighted! Customer service was outstanding and even the sushi chef came over to inform me of the sushi choice that I could do. We all enjoyed our meals and will absolutely be back soon!

This place needs to get noticed. The fish is fresh and so tasty. I love the tuna sashimi and the spicy scallops hand rolls (cone shaped rolls). The rolls are delicious and so is the ramen. I’ve dined in once and had take out once. Both times the food was amazing. The sushi chefs are very nice and will appeal to your taste and preferences. The chefs are great to talk to and remember and recognize you. The first time I ate there I showed them pictures of my deep sea fishing trips.

Very cute and quaint spot for delicious food! The food is the draw here – had such great taste and reasonably priced. Service is spot on, and selection of food is great! Portions are very generous.

Wonderful experience! Best sushi I’ve ever had. Great service, refreshing atmosphere, they play worship music and it’s just a calm, fairly quiet environment. I think they do a lot of to-go orders, and not a lot of eat in.

I also come to this place for the hibachi as it is a decent price and great portion. The flavors are wonderful and I live their shrimp sauce! I always substitute some of the veggies as I am picky and they always get it correctly.
I’ve also tried their steak hibachi, katsu, tempura and everything has been delicious. The quality and food has been very consistent. The restaurant itself is pretty small and you walk in and grab a menu and pick a seat. The staff is always the same few people. The food comes out quickly and everyone is very friendly, highly recommend! A bonus is that they are right next to a Sweet Frogs and across from a Walmart! Sounds like a great place to run some arrands, eat and grab a sweet treat

This place is AMAZING. We ordered the lunch special two rolls for $9, (salmon and avocado and crunch Cali) the caterpillar roll and crimson roll.
This is by far the freshest sushi I’ve had, I mean look at those nice pieces of salmon and tuna in those rolls! The rolls were big also, definitely not skimpy like I’ve had at other places.
Our waiter was fantastic, a very nice gentlemen and super attentive and friendly. You don’t see that a lot anymore but you could tell he genuinely wanted you to have a great experience.
I peeked at the sushi chef and was amused and amazed at how carefully he crafted our caterpillar roll. You could tell he takes great pride in what he does.
When I’m back in Charolette this will definitely be my go to spot and I encourage everyone to give it a try!
