We had dinner last night. Such a cute little place. The sushi was delicious. Fish were fresh. The best in town!! The owners were very friendly. The chef made us a very refreshing vegetable roll that has pickled radish and thin slice of lime on top. Blue Nori is must try!!

Blue Nori is a Hibachi & Sushi Japanese restaurant and a great new addition to the area. It is a dine in/take out establishment that is also available through UBEREAT or DOORDASH. Very clean interior and exterior, with plenty of available parking in the front or sides of the building. The staff pleasant and friendly. Their menu is pretty extensive. They are a bit pricey, however definitely worth the money as the food is delicious and the portions are sizeable. Great experience overall!

This place is amazing and just what Carbondale needed. Situated right next to Sheetz and a convenient stop off the highway. The sushi was top of the line and the hibachi was great as well. The place is also very clean. Will definitely be back!

The Food Here Is Very Delicious! My Husband & I Ate Here Two Days In A Row! We Tried The Chicken and shrimp Hibachi, Salmon and steak Hibach, And The Volcano Roll. The Next Day We Did Take Out For The Volcano Roll (Recommended By The Owner & It Did Not Disappoint!). It Was So Good We Had To Order Our Own Lol. They Knew Exactly Who We Were When My Husband Placed The Order. The Owners Are Super Nice . We Will Keep Coming Back. 10/10 You Won’t Be Disappointed.

We ordered chicken and shrimp hibachi, chicken and ramen, chicken gyoza.
The noodles in the ramen were good. The rice in the hibachi is not so great by its self but add the dressing they include and it’s awesome.
We will definitely be back.

This food truck is situated right outside of Carbondale heading towards the Scranton/Carbondale Highway, and right off the Meredith Street exit from the Casey Highway. It’s tucked in a little off the road and could be easy to miss. They are open from 11 am to 8 pm. I highly suggest you call in your order as there was only one person ahead of me and I waited almost 20 minutes for the fresh cooked deliciousness that was my lunch. It was TOTALLY worth the wait; however, if you are limited on time, order ahead.
The food was delicious! I ordered the chicken/shrimp hibachi, which came with perfectly cooked Japanese fried rice, vegetables (onion, carrot, squash and some kind of bluish cabbage?) and “yummy” sauce (which IS very yummy BTW–ask for extra and thank me later). The shrimp was grilled and not overcooked. The grilled chicken chunks were tender. The food was so good I almost choked on a piece of rice from inhaling my food lol. #IcantbelieveIatethewholething They give you a nice portion of food–I was full a little more than halfway through but it was so good, I couldn’t stop eating. Now I want a nap! I am so happy this place is only a hop, skip and a jump from my workplace!
