While on vacation we decided to try Blue Moose. Pulling up, the outside looked awesome. We went to put our name in on the waiting list and the guy taking names had horrible customer service and was very dry. We were about to leave and find another spot to eat due to his attitude but decided to stay. Our waitress was great and the wings were really good. I would definitely avoid the cheap generic cheese sticks. I would also recommend getting light seasoning on the fries due to them putting SOOOO much. I would give Blue Mouse another try if in the area. If management see this please put a friendly face taking names because that sets the tone for the dining experience. That employee should be relocated to the dish washer duty where he sees no customers.

Every time my wife and I come to Pigeon Forge, we make it a point to stop by the Blue Moose—and it never disappoints. Their wings are absolutely top notch, cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. The food in general is always worth it, from the first bite to the last.
Our server, Ross, was excellent—friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. If you’re into trying different kinds of beer, they’ve got you covered with a great selection to choose from.
It’s a fantastic family-friendly environment with a fun, welcoming atmosphere. And the best part? The prices are very affordable, especially for the quality you get. We’ll definitely keep coming back. Enjoy!

Finally got to try this restaurant. I ckme to pigeon forge 7-10 times a year since we have season passes to Dollywood. The place had a moderate wait, friendly staff and great vibes. The bartender made decent drinks and our food was GREAT. I had the Mac N Cheese cheese burger with Cajun fries. Pretzel bites for an appetizer. We will definitely be back. Hit it up if your looking for a place to eat. We came on a Friday night at 830p.

Very nice sports bar! My family & I were seated right away considering they were busy! They have a variety of food & drinks. Something for everyone. They even have kids meals. Clean restaurant. Courteous staff. Our server was Crystal with the bright pink hair! She was great! I especially loved that she was patient with us while we looked over the menu (family of 4). She checked on us often, refilled our drinks & was overall very pleasant. We would recommend!

I was really hoping for a great meal based on the name, but my experience at Blue Moose Burgers & Wings was a major disappointment. I ordered a burger and wings, expecting to be impressed, but both were mediocre at best.
The burger was incredibly bland and the meat taste like it might be a Moose Burger lacking any real flavor. It was a dry, uninspiring patty that honestly felt like it had no seasoning at all. For a place with “burger” in the title, I expected something much better.
The wings were arguably mid at best. My wings were super hard and dry with little to no sauce, and the flavor was totally forgettable.
To top it off, the service was disorganized. I expected a solid, comforting sports bar meal, but this was a waste of time and money. I won’t be returning to this spot when there are much better options available in the area for wings and burgers.

Once again we couldnt eat all that we ordered!! Shouldve gotten 6 wings and shared the fries!! That burger was the BEST ive had in a while and they did not skimp on the parm for the fries!!

Location was clean and attractive with a good atmosphere. Our server Kara G was amazing! So friendly, helpful and very attentive. She took excellent care of our party of 8. We had potato skins, the Hawaiian luau burger and the chicken Ceasar wrap. All of the food ordered was hot and delicious and prepared as requested. I highly recommend eating here and don’t forget the peanut butter pie!!!

It was a fairly busy place, but it only took a few minutes to get seated. It’s more of a sports bar atmosphere with TVs everywhere, so it would be a great place to watch a game. I ordered the dozen wings with two flavors I chose, honey barbecue, and the orange glazed. They were mixed with half mini drumsticks and half wings. The flavor was average, but still good. My wife ordered The Brotherly Love sandwich and she said it was delicious. The Sweet Potato Fries and the Blue’s Tater Chips were pretty good too. We’ll probably come back again but the next time I’m gonna try one of the burgers.

Easily the best restaurant meal I’ve had in a long time. We visited Blue Moose Burgers & Wings on a Friday night and were quoted a 45-minute wait, but to our surprise, we were seated much faster than expected!
The service remained fast and friendly throughout, and we loved having individual TVs at each table to choose our own entertainment. As for the food: the Steakhouse Burger and Wild Ranch Chicken Wrap were outstanding. Everything arrived piping hot and fresh—you can tell it hadn’t been sitting under a heat lamp. But the real stars? The sweet potato fries. Hands-down the best I’ve had anywhere. 10/10!
