What an awesome discovery! If you happen to be looking for a truly unique dining experience on a Friday night and you’re anywhere between Salina and Concordia, you have to visit Blue Moon! They’re only open on Friday nights, but once you find them in their hole-in-the-wall location behind The Blue Store building, you’re in for a real treat! The menu is great, the free popcorn appetizer is great, the drink list is great, the atmosphere is great, the service is great, and the steaks and entrees are great…..it’s all great! Just wish we had discovered it sooner!
