We love to stop into small neighborhood bars and this one was great!!! We stopped in for a quick happy hour beer and had a great experience! The guy serving us was fun, personable, and interested in what brought us to town. He was great! We then wanted to stop over and experience the other bar close by…the Tipsy Cow before we headed to the cabin. The Tipsy Cow was horrible…worst, quietest, most awkward beer we have had in our lives!!!! Just skip the Tipsy Cow and stay at the Blue Moon!!!

We’ve been to this bar three times. Every time it’s a disappointment. If you’re not from here you’re not welcome. End of story. We walked out the last time, money in hand, waiting on a bartender that was more focused on a 3-3 Nebraska Cornhuskers team (soon to be 3-4) than anyone walking in. If you go they have a problem about quarters if you pay with dollars then pocket the quarters. Bartender will shame you in front of bar for not giving the quarters.
