Update: I was back in town for the theatre festival so thought Id return and glad I did. I ordered their Pad Thai lunch special ($10.50!), a Thai iced tea and the mango sticky rice (again). I was glad to see that the pad Thai wasn’t orange in color and the Mango sticky rice included practically a whole mango of slices. Plenty for two people. The Thai iced tea was a bit smaller than other places I’ve been to; however, it was delicious.

While at the Clark Art Institute, we met a couple of locals who recommended Blue Mango, and my friend and I were glad we came. They have a decent lunch special for which I ordered mango curry with jasmine rice, and my friend veggies with tofu and brown rice. The serving was plentiful and the curry sauce was wonderfully light, not gloopy. The mango was perfectly ripe. What was particularly nice was how they responded to my friend’s request about her allergies. The wait person went above and beyond to check with the kitchen and to assure they were using separate cookware for my friend’s meal. I ordered the sticky rice and mango to go, which was delicious although a bit cooler by the time I got home two hours later. I hope to visit again when I return to the area!

We had lunch on a wintry Saturday. We started with Tom Kah soup – a generous serving, perfect temperature, and very aromatic and tasty. My wife took melon curry with tofu (+ jasmine rice) while I took mango curry with tofu (+ jasmine rice). The dishes came out in good time, and we enjoyed them. We ordered green curry with chicken to-go for our son. He also enjoyed his dish later on.

Excellent service. Extensive menu with descriptions to help you choose. Food was served quickly and hot. The miso soup was delicious and not salty. The Bento Box was full to overflowing. The curry chicken was delicious. The mango sticky rice was the best I have ever had. Highly recommend.

Great food! Their pad Thai is honestly one of the best that I’ve ever had. The service was fairly quick and the waiters were friendly. Everyone was satisfied with their dishes overall. However we did order 3 appetizers that our server simply did not write down and we never got (they were not on our bill, he just didn’t put it in that we wanted them even though we asked multiple times during the order) ♀️ Still, it was a very nice place and they had a lot of nice options.

Blue Mango has introduced these little boxes the waiters carry to ring you out. When they bring that over as the check they show you the total and then wait there looking at you until you add the tip which is very awkward. That was last time. Then today I ended a long work day and stopped in for some nice noodles. When I was done a young man, not the one who had taken my order, came over and showed me the box with my total on the screen. I have him cash and didn’t ask for change back. I got up and walked toward the door. The man (who had stared at me last time while I added the tip on the little box) asked me if I had paid. He seemed to think I had not so I told him yes I did and walked into the doorway. As I exited, he opened the door to ask again if I had paid. I was very tired from working all day so I gave him a thumbs up. He then continued to suggest that I had not paid. The other gentleman who is much nicer came out to intervene. He told me not to worry, but truth is it is worrisome being accused of not paying. If they are going to use those boxes and decrease my experience there I will not be returning.

Love this place! We always get take out when we are in the area. Their curries are delicious. The flavors are fresh and rich. You can order anything off the menu and it will be great. Be sure to state as you order the spice level you want , especially if you are not accustomed to spice . Dumplings are top notch. They add a variety of vegetables to their dishes . The best Thai place in the area. The staff is super friendly, patient, and courteous.

Lovely service and food. We asked to have dinner outside and they set us up promptly. We especially liked the Crispy Chicken with the Pad Thai. The Eggplant Basil was nice and spicy, and the Pad See You was very good. We would be happy to come back.

I am Thai and try to find a good Thai restaurant around where I am living. Over here you can ask them to make the authentic food and Yes I did that’s why I wasn’t disappointed from what I got. Right now the Mango sticky rice is the new recipe. They put the pandan leaf with sticky rice. It was smelling good and not too sweet.
I do recommend this restaurant for sure.
Please don’t be shy to ask them for the real Thai taste.
