This place is absolutely amazing and family oriented . I had a great dinner & Lunch experience. Service is always great Robert Berrical is an outstanding server , very attentive and professional and makes great Margaritas . The drinks were fantastic, and food was delicious. If you are looking for a great spot this is the place. They also have a beautiful outdoor patio for the summer .

If you’re looking for good Dominican food with a fun twist, this is the place. The food there is amazing with large servings. The drinks are okay and in my opinion a bit overpriced. The staff is super nice. Parking is available on site and they have outside seating.

Unfortunately, my experience with Blue Lounge has been disappointing from the start. I’ve given them several chances, but they continue to make mistakes.
One time, I ordered moro de habichuelas negras and, since they didn’t have any, they sent moro de guandules con coco—even though I’m allergic to coconut. Another time, I specifically asked if their guandules guisados had coconut, and they assured me it didn’t… but it did.
And today, we ordered through Uber Eats. The name on the order was correct, but the food was wrong. When I called, they said it would take 40 minutes to send someone, even though our lunch break is only 30 minutes. To make it worse, they asked us to return the food we had already opened so they could resell it.

Just received my food and oh boy don’t even know where to start. I ordered Una paella para 2s, chicharrón de pollo, and Chivo. Everything came up to $90 dollars.
I love to support local business and I rarely write any bad reviews, but I have ordered from this restaurant so many times before and is always a hit or miss. My girlfriend is pregnant and she likes the paella from Blue. That’s why I decided to give them another chance.
The Chivo we ordered never arrived, but they charged us anyways, the chicharrón de pollo was old and burned and the paella looked nice but it was bland. This will be the last time I will be ordering from this place, I do hope they change management and they start offering better quality service to their customers. After all this is supposed to be one of the better Dominican Restaurant in Lawrence. A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!! Don’t waste your money here.

Today 6/29/2025 approximately around 5:15pm. I just ordered Chicharrón de Pollo online with a side of tostones for $18 from Blue Lounge & Grill in Lawrence MA. However, their website doesn’t allow pickup. Okay, so I called to pick it up and the price was $20, no problem. I got there and this is what I got for $20. Not only was the portion smaller, but the meat was horribly salty, overseasoned; it was just bone salt.

The Service in this place is spectacular, the lunch is amazing. The waitresses are amazing, Nicki, Roberto and Angela ask for them and you will get an unbelievable experience.
