We are from Texas and wanted some authentic New England Clam Chowder and when we googled this place we had to come. It was so good we came back the next day for dinner. Atmosphere was so welcoming, food was delicious and fast service. Five stars all around!!!

Debi and Mike the choc lab folks. It’s a little unpretentious little restaurant but definitely worth a stop in. The owner is awesome friendly and always helpful. Prices are reasonable portions generous. Food always super fresh and as delicious as I’ve tasted on the shoreline in ct Rhode Island and all the way to Maine. Definitely give the chowder a try. I love the Rhode Island. The Mrs the New England. Can’t miss my only complaint would be lack of a dessert menu but it’s a moot point because the generous size of entree I self finish lol

Nice little restaurant I found on Google Map. Was planning to go grab a lobster roll, but end up having something even better – the Soft Shell Crab sandwich. Best soft shell crab I have so far, perfectly fried, crunchy but not oily at all!

First time eating at this mom and pop style restaurant and our dining experience was great, and the wait staff friendly and attentive. We had the clam strips, fish and chips and a bowl of lobster bisque. The portions were extremely generous – boarder line huge. Everything we got was delicious and definitely fresh. Glad we stopped by, we will definitely come back!

Very friendly staff , 2.) lobster bisque and clam chowder are good ! i had so much lobster in mine every bite the spoon was over flowing with it 3.) lobster rolls were tender n juicy i added extra butter 4.) clam strips were chewy and bland , coleslaw nope i didn’t like it at all but i’m not a huge coleslaw fan 5.) tarter sauce great 6.) good fries

Was visiting from out of town and craving a lobster roll, we found Blue Lobster. Their CT lobster roll absolutely hit the spot! The lobster meat was sweet and tender, piled high on a perfectly buttered and toasted roll. It came with crispy fries and a tangy coleslaw that were both delicious. My mom loved her creamy lobster bisque, which was packed with chunks of lobster, and her Maryland crab cake. The restaurant has a casual, beachy vibe and the service was friendly. I highly recommend Blue Lobster for anyone looking for delicious, fresh seafood in Berlin, CT.

This is an outstanding place for lunch. Don’t let the unassuming exterior send you away. Cindy was super friendly and helpful. The lobster is fresh, brought in daily, and the quality is apparent with the first bite. The regular size lobster roll is good, and the jumbo is wicked good. You have to stop here for lunch.

I just stopped in to buy some lobster tails, pre-cooked shrimp, and stuffed clams to cook a little surf n turf dinner. Good prices, amazing quality seafood. Cooked up the lobster with a little filet mignon sous vide at 129°. The stuffed clams were perfect. I cooked the lobster tails with butter, salt. pepper and some fresh tarragon. The filet mignon with butter and rosemary. Loaded baked potatoes and some grilled corn on the cob.
Could not have gotten a dish at any restaurant better than this. Thanks to the staff, y’all took very good care of me.

I’ve been going here for a long time, they’ve been here, also, for a long time. Solid great seafood. Sometimes I think some items can be considered overpriced and other items can be considered underpriced. Try their lobster Bisque and you’ll find an item underpriced, I’ve never had a bowl of lobster bisque at any price that had this much lobster, and at $9? I could eat a gallon. The whole belly clams were light, fresh, and delicious. Their tartar sauce needs more mayo. Their cole slaw and potato salad, very good. Check them out soon!!
