Bartenders don’t know how to multitask they are all over each other. Bad management. They got overwhelmed when it got busy and put their vip customers on the back burner, bad idea when they are spending over $100 a visit. This place has never had good management but it’s convenient which is why we come here

Owner seems to lack an understanding on how growing a business works. Mondays are a slow night at a bar. He was onto something when he started the Monday night pool tournaments. I had never heard of blue horse until my friends started playing pool there. This is a classic marketing tool called word of mouth. I told several people about this place. It was cool having a tournament where there was a full bar and a solid food menu. Apparently not enough people were spending money at the bar and he ended the tournaments. What a shame that the people that supported this business are told their money wasn’t good enough and their support wasn’t good enough. The pool crowd was the only crowd on Mondays.

I went there for the Monday night pool tournament. The owner shut the tournament down claiming that not enough players were spending money at the bar. He also tried to film players to show that not everyone had a drink in their hands. I guess he forgot that recovering alcoholics like pool too. And that some people who don’t drink play pool too. BUT most were like myself and ordered food and ate before the tournament, so we aren’t eating during it. I myself at least bought two beers every time I went there. Probably every other time bought a pitcher. And I’m just one person. Im just hoping he’ll see the revenue loss next week, because this dude is on another level. He had a good thing goin and killed it, due to his own ignorance on how the players supported his business. There was nothing better for business on a Monday night other than that tournament. What a shame.

Idk if it was a bad day or what but this pizza was burnt as hell. The sides we ordered were okay but this was probably the most burnt pizza I ever got from a pizza place.

Big, nice, friendly atmosphere! bartenders are friendly and pretty food is great! pool tables, dart boards are accessible. dj music starts at 9pm and they take requests. bathrooms are clean, place is clean, plenty of parking. located off off 99 freeway

Great place. Staff is attentive and polite, place is clean, drinks were made perfectly. Didnt try the food, but look really good.

Great place to chill. Sarah is best bartender I’ve ever met. I don’t know how she keeps up with everyone. But she does… she’s amazing. I highly recommend this place.
