Very nice place to eat looking at a wonderful lake Murray’s views.
Menu is pretty good balanced, and dishes are pretty good. I order a chicken fried chicken and a burger and I love the taste and flavor of each item that came with it. It can be a romantic experience if you choose to bring your loved one. Very close to the resort and hotel. Definitely I will come more often!

Friendly staff, nice views, decent prices, buffet meh. The location itself is quite nice and I was impressed by the facilities. We were there on a Sunday (late) morning and the staff were attentive and friendly. There was a good deal offered on the buffet, which we did (adults $10 and kids 50% off). The fried chicken was very dry and the meatloaf was also quite dry. The cobbler was ok and the remainder of the salad bar decent. I was reticent to give a 3 star rating because the price and setting was so good. You could do a lot worse (food-wise) than this place and the lake views are excellent.

First time dinning here while staying at the lodge, has adequate indoor seating and outdoor seating with a lovely view of the lake. Menu items are priced high but considering where you’re at it’s average from other lake restaurants.
Wife had the BLT, just 2 slices of bacon, ugh, (need more bacon), with sweet potato waffle fries they’re excellent!! I had the Rueben with chips, both a good choice. Dinner we shared the chicken strips, nice crispy flavorful batter, fries and green beans, all good.
We had the breakfast buffet, $9 adults and half for children, includes the drinks.
Would recommend the strips, overall we would dine here again

A beautiful place which we found when we decided to go for kayaking. It’s a wonderful place and has surprisingly good options on the menu. The prices were really cheap for the food we had and also considering the location. Overall a totally wonderful experience.

My husband and I flew over to Lake Murray last weekend to try this restaurant and enjoy beautiful scenery! The scenery did not disappoint and the food was delish!!! Prices are really reasonable as well. We will definitely be back!!!

Looks a bit like a cafeteria but the food and service are definitely restaurant quality. The wait-staff were extremely attentive and professional. The chef came out to clarify a request on our order to make sure we were taken care of to the best of their ability. It echoed a bit inside, but the outside seating was quiet, beautiful, relaxing, and extremely enjoyable. I highly recommend this restaurant! My wife and I are excited to go back again and even stay a couple days in the lodges or cabins. 5

The food was very good. The view was beautiful. The wait was very long. We were able to sit down immediately, but waited for over 20 minutes to get our order taken. Then another 30 to 40 minutes to receive our food. Waitress was friendly and apologetic for the wait. She said they were short on staff. The cook/shift manager, came out and apologized for the wait and brought us an appetizer to hold us over until our food arrived. He was very friendly. Most food items ranged from 7 to 11 dollars. There are a couple items that are more. They did offer a buffet as well. Which I would probably get if I returned, just so I could get my food faster. It looked like there was a good selection on it.

A little on the slow side and our waitress was sure to tell us about it as soon as we sat down with a group of 5. The food was good and the service was OK even though we had to wait a bit for our food. On this day they had two huge events they were preparing for plus normal dining. Food was hot and fresh and tasty and the view is amazing.

The food on the menu sounded good, but we never found out. Service was terrible. We waited nearly an hour, but did not get a single refill on drinks and not even any interaction with the waitress. We finally got up and left, as it was far quicker to cook our own dinner (in our nice cabin) than try to order it here. This place has a ton of potential. Really beautiful setting, nice decor. Hopefully they can turn this place around because it could really succeed with some better management.
