I was honestly very disappointed with what I bought being charged $18 for a calzone, I honestly felt ripped off because any calzone should not look like that or look skimpy for that matter, for that price even though the food tasted great, and the customer service is amazing and the two girls working have absolutely astonishing customer service skills. The disappointment how ever is on the size and the price I feel if you’re gonna charge $18 for something, it should be well worth the $18 you’re charging, cause that’s not cheap for what I received an it being a four piece was just shocking, I decided to order from blue hawks pizza because I really was liking all the food that I was trying that family was ordering , so my fiancé and I thought it would be nice to order a calzone for dinner tonight, I had tipped left very appreciative when I got in my car and seen what I had in the box. I was very disappointed on the fact that I’ve seen what calzones look like, I know how big they’re supposed to be and I just feel like the price and the size just don’t match. that should’ve not been $18 for what they’re charging cause what I got was skimpy, you can order a calzone anywhere and it is well worth your money but this was honestly just a disappointment because I was feeding more than myself and to only get four pieces. I feel like your price should be deducted down to maybe $12 cause they’re definitely not worth 18. To add a side note I would say that their calzones are made for one person because it’s a four piece and if you looking to feed a family. I do not recommend the calzones it’s made for one person. The biggest reason I’m making this is because I don’t have a lot of money and when I get the chance to try to get something nice for my family and I feel ripped off, an skimped out it really is upsetting because I just paid an astonishing amount for something to feed 1 person, I feel bad that my comment for my first time ever ordering something from you guys is a negative one because that’s not what I wanted. But I just felt really ripped off and I feel like my money was wasted and that’s not how this is supposed to be. People should get what they pay for and I did not so sorry blue Hawks pizza but you have an amazing staff, but The price of your calzone and the size just aren’t matching. It would’ve been nice to get the same experience that everyone else has had in my family cause they have nothing but positive comments and positive reviews. again, I’m sorry blue Hawks Pizza, but it was not the greatest impression for my first time ordering from you guys

My family and I always make it a point to eat here when we’re in town visiting family. Service is fast, accurate and friendly.
I love the BBQ chicken pizza, my kids love the cheese and they even have gluten free crust for my wife. Never had the cinnamon bread sticks cause we’re always stuffed from the pizza but we saw someone order them the last time we were there and they looked delicious.
We usually eat in and it’s always been clean with a nice atmosphere. Arcade games are always a bonus for my kids, reminds me of the pizza spot my folks would take me when I was their age.
Overall just a classic homegrown family run pizza shop. Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s in town to try it.

I love this place. Our daughter teaches school here in Thompson Falls. We visit from Eugene, Oregon. At least one night we get ourselves a pizza from Blue Hawk. Always fast and friendly. Very good pizza, fresh and hot.

I highly recommend Blue Hawk Pizza as a family friendly eating establishment. The pizza is amazing, you have a small town experience. The pizza crust is home made in the building, from the owners family recipe.
I enjoy my meal every time, staff are top notch!

I would have never left a tip if they took it after the service instead of before. My dinner came out of the oven and sat for a while. The young lady was nowhere to be found and she was by herself there. I ordered my food for dine-in but she packaged it up to go evidently hoping I’d leave. Halfway through my dinner she announced that she’s closed and that I need to “wrap it up”. I’ve never been pushed out so rudely from a restaurant. I’ll never go back. The food was mediocre at best.

So grateful Blue Hawk came to town with fresh and real ingredients, unusual and delicious menu items, and video games for the kids while they wait. Lucky to have this little gem in our little town.

First of all the website is full of completely incorrect or false information. Website says open until 9pm except Monday when closed but they close and 8pm. Website also says there’s an option to order online but it is 6:50 PM and I called to make a delivery order and the young man who answered the phone said they weren’t taking any more orders for delivery today because they were full, despite a few weeks ago when I called a young woman told me they took delivery orders until 7:30 PM.. I asked him about that and he said usually they do but they’re full up today. So I told him I didn’t know if I wanted to place an order for pick up because I have a toddler and I don’t have a lot of spare time, I told him I would think about it and if I decided to, I would place the order online. He then informed me that the online ordering had been disabled as well, so I would have to call back if I wanted to place an order, finally telling me to be prepared to wait because they were very busy 45 minutes to an hour, which would be closing time. Very unhappy with the service, especially since the pizza is barely good enough to bother dealing with the terrible customer service to begin with. Simons was SO much better, they tasted better, their customer service was much friendlier and customer satisfaction oriented even though they forgot items occasionally that was the only problem I noted with them, and Bluehawk forgets at least one item in my order every single time I have ordered from them without fail, which has been more than a handful of times since they opened. The only good thing I can say is that the last two times I had a pizza delivered. The young woman who made the delivery was extremely friendly and very apologetic for forgetting an item and was back within five minutes with it. You would think they would get quite a bit of complaints and management or the owners would do something about it or at least offer some sort of Coupon or discount to the many dissatisfied locals who they rely on to keep that business running, especially throughout the winter months.Having a hard time understanding why they’re getting away with advertising things on the website that are clearly untrue since this has been a pattern the last couple months if not longer. A lot of people don’t know that you can order pizzas from Town Pump, and hands-down they are far better tasting don’t make you feel sick the next day with horrible heartburn, and the people who work there don’t treat you as if you’re beneath them and their needs come above yours because they realize they’re in the Customer Service industry. Maybe that has to do with the fact that they’re not all young entitled teenagers or young adults. I’m not sure but I do know this. Their pizza is far better tasting every time and is always ready in less than 30 minutes. The only hiccup is they do not deliver. I have never been treated rudely by the people who worked there though, whereas I have yet to have a cordial and accommodating person answer the phone at Blue Hawk since they opened. It’s unfortunate. This town is in dire need of more options for food that can be delivered as well as picked up.
