I hardly leave reviews unless they’re really good or junk. This one deserved a great review. Ask for Austin! Super cool guy who hooks you up with whatever you need. Even when I thought we were ordering a lot, he would describe how much we’re having and was confident what we could finish.
Went in for a Valentine’s Day dinner at 5pm and even though the wait list had 9 parties in front of us and the host said the wait said an hour it only took us 25min to be seated and have our drinks and orders taken. We ordered probly 5-6x and got things within a few min of finishing our food.
All the fish tasted fresh and just melted in your mouth. Get all the premium nigiri and carpaccio. The King and Jintastic were our favorite sushi rolls. Lowkey the Korean galbi and fried chicken was fire too. Mochi ice cream is real good too.
Entree servings are small which is good so you can try many things and not be scared of having to pay for leftovers.

I wouldn’t say they have the best sushi in town but for the price, it’s hard to beat this place. Being AYCE, I was a bit skeptical about the quality of the fish but they serve good quality sushi. Since everything is made to order, it takes time waiting but surprisingly they get most of the order out accurately and most (not all) foods are good. The nigiri has tiny amount of rice which is great! It shows that the restaurant isn’t trying to stuff you with rice. The rice bowls do contains more rice and so I would only recommend you to order that if you are hungry. The rolls are good, quality and amount (again each roll isn’t huge so you can try different things). Fried calamari is salty and takoyaki are covered in sauce—not recommended. The beef entree was over cooked and tough—also not recommended. Everything else is good. The restaurant is small but not too small so it has a pretty good vibe. The server was nice and the service was mostly good (except that our last nigiri order took like 15 minutes and our soda was never refilled). Overall, I would recommend this place (go for premium) and come back when I crave for sushi

My wife and I have been coming to Bluefish for a while now at least once to twice a month. The food is fantastic for the price point, service is good. I wouldn’t call it premium sushi dining, but definitely far above most sushi places. We always leave full and satisfied.

nick, our server was great. HUGE VARIETY. all of the food we ordered was AMAZING. we went a little bit before 5pm so it wasn’t super busy and our food came out super quick. obviously if you go when it’s packed full… ur foods gonna take a min. i’m definitely coming back. great experience

Favorite place I’ve ever gotten all you can eat sushi at. With the uniqueness of rolls to the quality service. We were rolling out of the building with happy bellies. Austin was a great server and we couldn’t be happier.

Nick and autumn made this amazing restaurant that much better. The selection and service was amazing. It is a must try if you are in the area and if your not it is well worth the travel. Don’t forget to order the off menue Phoenix for a great show. Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Saying we loved it is an under statement.

Honestly the best sushi in Utah, especially all you can eat! Highly recommend coming when they’re not busy if you can and recognize service will take longer on their busy times. Highly Recommend the Jintastic and mixed tempura, but everything tastes amazing. I love that there’s not too much rice, just the perfect amount. Shout out to the amazing chefs, waiters, and waitresses!

The music is a serious turn off. It’s so loud and had nothing to do with sushi or Japan. Rachel provided personalized and kind service. She is the type of service personnel I would not mind having at all dining experiences. The rolls were slightly over-powered flavor-wise. I couldn’t taste the fish at all.
The choices for the lower-priced all you can eat menu ($24.99) are not spectacular, but understandable if someone came in to eat them out of house and home. It’s a good deal if you like a variety of rolls. They aren’t the large rolls you might get elsewhere, but they are filling if you stack them back to back to back. Personally, I like nigiri and sashimi, but the choices for nigiri are lacking and non-existent for sashimi (unless you upgrade to premium, $36.99). The fallacy there, though, is all premium items are a single order only.
In my honest opinion, all you can eat should mean just that, all you can eat. Please create a menu for AYCE that doesn’t not have any items you don’t want to include on that menu. I think it would market better. I know the economy is tough, but managing expectations is importance in customer service.

The sushi was delicious and very fresh. My daughter ordered and devoured 2 rolls on her own. Definitely one of the better sushi restaurants in the area. Highly recommend.

Austin provided such an exceptional dining experience! He was the only server taking care of me, and I truly felt like I had his full attention the entire time. From the moment I sat down, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming.
Austin was knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations. He checked in at just the right moments making sure I had everything I needed. It really felt like he cared about making my meal enjoyable.
It’s not often you come across service that makes such a positive impression, but Austin absolutely did. I’ll definitely be back and hope to be served by him again!
